房間乾淨衞生，前台服務人員服務很好，24小時有熱水。免費停車場，還有免費早餐，住這裏很舒服，家的感覺。我會推薦好朋友住這裏，為金蓮花酒店點贊

體驗最差的一家酒店！凌晨到的酒店，説我網上訂的大床房衹剩一間，進去裏面有一台麻將機，煙味刺鼻根本沒法休息，又給我調了一個靠近前台的標間。噪音大也就不説了，可洗澡時水温剛調好就發現水漫金山寺，地漏子有問題！第二天八點多匆忙退房不慎將身份證落在房間，晚上六點到定襄後想起來後趕緊打電話過去，請求酒店託來往的司機幫忙第二天帶到忻州方便登機，或者快遞郵寄也行，結果經理根本不以為然，直接拒絕！我很納悶9個小時時間為什麼就不能給旅客打個電話過來取？當天下午我還在這家酒店附近等了兩小時車！所以對這家酒店我真的是特別失望，不止是硬件設施差，管理水平低，連最起碼的服務意識都沒有，不建議其他遊客選擇這家店！

此酒店服務熱情，房間乾淨優雅，停車方便。一進大廳一種古香風味讓你瞬間置身青燈古佛中，樓道走廊內懸掛各種介紹五台山小知識掛框充滿文化氣息……讓你還未進寺廟先親感佛教文化。一樓餐廳飯食可口，價格實惠，償到了真正的五台燴菜，以後來五台山就入住此酒店，會介紹朋友。
