房間挺好的，被子和床單也挺乾淨的，也有獨衞，也很乾凈，就是廁所氣味有點大，但有一個走廊，在房子裏不太聞得來。外賣也很方便。

客服態度很差，當天晚上找不到地方，打客服電話第一次沒人接，後面接了，讓我加她微信，給我發位置，打開導航走十米老顯示偏離路線，我給客服打微信電話讓我自己找，説民宿也不熟，我都笑了，當客服周邊的環境最起碼要認識吧，我自己一個人找了半個小時，好不容易進到房間裏，屋子很小也很臟，房間完全不隔音，半夜四點多隔壁房間的租客聊天，尖叫，打電話聽的一清二楚，這次的民宿給我的體驗感很差，非常差

第一次到西安，這次主要是來赴約演唱會，離着奧體打車很近，環境很好，收拾衞生的阿姨也很熱心，住的也很舒服，很滿意推薦！！！

酒店很好，很乾凈，老闆很盡心有什麼問題及時解決，小區也很好，各種風味的菜餚出門左拐一應盡有，下次來還住這裏。

位置非常不好找，聯繫方式不準確聯繫不上，全自助入住，房間衞生非常一般，不提供礦泉水，牀板很硬很難睡，衹住了一天就走了

小巧精緻緊湊，乾淨安靜。能滿足僅需有個睡覺需求的。唯有窗簾不遮光，不適合習慣晚起床且對光線敏感的人，老闆已考慮改進。
