Le Méridien Xi'an Chanba

1. After turning on the air conditioning in the room, the temperature was still 25 degrees Celsius four hours later. 2. The trash can was too old and made a lot of noise when used. 3. The charging port was loose, so I couldn't charge my devices. 4. There were no children's bath products. 5. The shower tripped the circuit breaker. 6. The TV was too small, and the picture was glitchy and pixelated. 7. The air conditioning was too loud, keeping me awake all night. 8. The carpet was dirty. 9. The breakfast selection was very limited. Overall, these issues would be tolerable at a hotel priced below 4 stars, but given your hotel's rating and price point, this is completely unacceptable.

The front desk service was excellent, the room was very clean, and the breakfast offered was exquisite.

The hotel's location is superb with excellent views, definitely worth staying for the scenery alone. The bathtub in the room offers a stunning night view of Chanba. The front desk and staff service were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was plentiful, and the buffet was good value for the price. The specialty cocktails were delicious, and the desserts and pastries are worth trying. The only minor drawback was the old hairdryer; I'd recommend replacing all of them.

Our original room had a shower issue, so they moved us to another. The front desk staff was very helpful and promptly showed us an adjacent room late at night. The hotel's cleanliness, privacy, and quietness are perfect for family travel. The breakfast selection is rich and served until 10:30 AM. Plus, all the attractions we wanted to visit were within a 20-minute reach. We'll definitely choose Le Méridien again next time we're in Xi'an!

The room was absolutely beautiful! The night view of the river was stunning, so romantic. Our dog loved its stay, especially the dog food provided by the hotel—it was a hit! It's actually quite beautiful, but I wasn't a fan of the carpet. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

The hotel has a great environment with beautiful views and is very clean. It's in a quiet area at the confluence of two rivers. The river view during the day is stunning, and the night view from the bathtub is also fantastic. Highly recommend!
