前台的服務太多很好，但是打掃衞生的阿姨服務態度不好，點的外賣，放在門口不到兩分鐘，打掃衞生的阿姨就給拿走了，然後聽到了門口有聲音，就出去看看結果外賣就不見了，問打掃阿姨，她就一直説沒看見，然後在翻別的房間的垃圾，他的車旁邊有個黑色袋子，她一直不讓看，結果最後就在裏面。不知道該怎麼説，她可能不是故意的吧。這個酒店住過四次了，以後可能不會再去了。

我對今天白班的服務員很不滿意，退房行李寄存的時候我的行李箱的貼紙被掉包了，換了另一個貼紙，我懷疑的我們背包也被翻過，這種小偷小摸的行為很可恥，寄存的小心一點，而且上班期間是不能帶小孩進入辦公場所的，我看服務員存在把自家小孩帶入辦公場所，這種降低酒店質量的員工強烈要求辭退了，酒店的設施很好，但是今天白班的服務員打掃阿姨就不行了。這種員工衹會降低酒店業績，不辭退就等着酒店業績虧損倒閉吧
