One of those hotel, which are not “very welcome” to foreigners. After checking all possible documents, we were allowed to stay, but it took some time. Location is nice - around 20 minutes walking to city wall and Muslim quarter. If you want the room to be cleaned- better ask the stuff in advance.

The toilet in the apartment is of the level of a small hotel. It is small and dirty. The sink is as wide as two bricks. The floor of the room is not known for how long. Many places are bulging and rotten. The most disgusting thing is the bed. The raised wire on the cushion is very awkward. The inside of the room is indeed the same as the picture of the store. The filter is not thick, you know... It’s in an apartment building. There is a bad smell in the corridor. This time in Xi’an. The travel experience is really bad

相對來説，整體略顯狹小。設施感覺比較簡單，當然，該有的洗衣機和冰箱都有，入住比較方便。
因為是套房，所以在酒店樓上，跟居民和一些紋身美甲工作室什麼的混在一起，不過稍好一點的是，人不多，不算太亂。
表揚一下前台的小妹妹，態度很好。此外，前台的裝修也感覺很不錯。
總體5分吧。

我是來旅遊的，住了三天，很方便，不管到哪個景點都很近，也比較乾淨整潔，來西安玩的朋友很推薦住這個酒店，價格也不貴

至少是第五次住了，昨天入住時間大概是在五點左右，問前台能不能升房，工作人員回覆差價太大，我説直接補差價，工作人員回覆可以退掉訂單，或者給我們一個好評再怎麼怎麼樣，咱就是説，給個好評完全沒問題，但是你能不能先升房再讓我給個好評呢…上次2:10分退房，工作人員回覆：遲了十分鐘，你們要補差價，可以補沒問題，但是前台又説：如果給我個好評，就不用了
有沒有可能換個思路，服務到位了好評自然就來了？
之前有一次遇到不知道是不是老闆在店，處理方式就很讓顧客舒服，謝謝他讓我不用在晚上十點的時候跑到另外一個店，也謝謝他讓其他工作人員有了鏡子和對比。

一言難盡 本來看圖片是訂的兩室一廳 結果 進去房間一股味道，説是兩室 衹有一個是正常的房間，另外一個根本不算是正常的房間，在跟酒店提出疑問之後告知説因為預訂平台不一樣所以放的圖片不一樣，難道任何的預訂平台不應該按實情方圖片嗎？兩個房間衹放了一個正常房間的圖片，另外一個根本沒有，到了進房間才知道是這樣的？因為房間緊張沒辦法換 ，但是還是想表達不應該存在欺騙或者誘導客人去預訂而且提前了兩天聯繫酒店加微信也沒告知房間具體是什麼樣子的。不知道怎麼表達，看對比圖吧，這個是站在門口拍的房間全貌。

位置很不錯，去哪裡都比較方便，值得一提的是公寓服務人員很熱情，給了不少幫助，大唐不夜城演出時間表很實用，攻略也不錯，閉了不少坑，步行小雁塔美滋滋，乾淨衞生
