The room facilities are complete, the smart Xiaodu is very convenient, there is a dry and wet separated bathroom and a smart toilet. It is really nice to stay in a smart integrated hotel!

It was my first time staying at Mercure Hotel, and I was amazed. I must give some comments and praise: 1. The overall decoration is very warm and fresh, not business-style, so it gives people a homely feeling; 2. The lobby is very considerate and has small snacks, desserts and drinks. You can sit in the lobby and have free afternoon tea with friends at any time. The desserts taste pretty good; because the schedule is very tight, the hotel breakfast is always eaten in a hurry. Although the restaurant is not big, there are many kinds of dishes~ 3. The hotel facilities are very modern, the room has a small degree, which can control the smart home, and the takeaway delivery robot is also very powerful, which is suitable for people like me who like to buy takeaways when on business trips~ In short, it is very comfortable to stay here. I will stay at Mercure Hotel next time I come to Xi'an for business trips!

The hotel is nice, the environment is good, and the service is very considerate. Few people will notice that you brought a child, but they noticed it at the front desk and directly brought us the child's toiletries and slippers. Usually when you go to other hotels, you usually have to call them after you get to the room before they will deliver them. This shows that the service is very attentive. When I forgot to take a pair of jeans when I left, the hotel also took the initiative to contact us and sent them back for us. I think the service is a plus. 

It is about 7 minutes away from the subway station. There are many food options from the subway to the hotel. There is a bus to the airport opposite. Because of the convenience, I stayed for another 2 nights. I will still consider staying here next time I go to Xi'an.

I support Huazhu Club, especially Mercure. I like the decoration style, French style, quiet and clean, just like home. This time I came to Xi'an with my children for a trip, and I cared a lot about the hotel. I chose Mercure in the High-tech Coffee District after a long time. The front desk lady was friendly and had a good attitude. The cleaning lady would always greet us with a smile every time we met in the corridor. The hygiene in the house was excellent. Because I had chosen Mercure before, I was very assured about the hygiene. Next time I travel to other cities, I will definitely choose Mercure first 😉😉😉Go for it! Great! Highly recommended!
