Stylish and modern hotel, friendly staff who speak English to some level. Room felt a little smaller than advertised, nevertheless it was satisfactory. Breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic with lots of options, and the booths were nice, able to enjoy my food in the semi-private seating area. Pool, jacuzzi and steam room area was well maintained. A big thanks to the reception staff who gave me free coffee and some toiletry samples, much appreciated! (Sarah, Skery and Lydia) Strange that the room mini bar was empty but staff left a plate of fruit in my room which was appreciated. Overall a fantastic one night stay!

A very happy stay! The front desk staff are very welcoming! Guest Relations Lisa warmly received us, and Manager Yang from the front office also arranged a room for me. What a pleasure to stay at Shrangcla. Superb assistance. Room was spacious, well equipped. It is close to metro.. It has lovely reataurants, but also enjoyed walking in atea. Closeby is Coffee street with many restaurants, coffee shops and enteryainment. I can highly recommend the hotel. Thank you to management and staff for all your help and support.
