房間很不滿意 環境很差 我們在攜程上訂的房間 去了現場看到了臟亂差的環境 決定申請退款不在這裏住 找了攜程客服與酒店進行協商 民宿老闆甚至沒有主動打電話詢問過我們為什麼申請退房 根本不是解決問題的態度 差評和投訴我一樣也不會少
