The location of the hotel is easy to find. The hotel lobby is grand. The front desk staff Nie Qiaomeng also provides very good service. He takes the initiative to say hello and speaks softly. He is very warm, thoughtful and attentive. The room is well lit and hygienic and clean. The towels and bath towels in the bathroom are also white and clean. It is highly recommended! The hotel has complete facilities, parking is very convenient, the hotel rooms are bright, and it is very comfortable to stay. The beach is right outside the door, and the Garden Expo is also very close. I will come back next time. The swimming pool is quite large, the water is very deep, and the environment is very good. It is one of the best constant temperature swimming pools I have ever been to. The overall facilities are great and the water quality is very clean. Overall, it is okay and worth trying.

The hotel is located a little far from the downtown. I took a taxi all the time to go to the downtown and paid around 50 yuan from the hotel to the downtown. All staffs only speak English which was a bit uncomfortable to communicate. Although, they were very kind an helpful to help me. Room condition was very clean and the view from the room was incredible. Also the outdoor swimming pool is good to relax all day! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in a nice 5 star hotel with reasonable price!

The landlord’s service and attitude of doing business are really bad. After moving in, I encountered 2 unacceptable problems. 1. The electric water heater in the house is not good enough to often not heat. Contact the landlord to solve it as soon as possible but not replying, so I will send a phone call to let you contact someone to solve it. The final solution is to turn off the main circuit switch of the house and then turn it on, the water heater can automatically heat. 2. I originally booked to stay for 2 nights. Before the trip began, I booked through the platform for another night and successfully placed an order. I also contacted the landlord before departure to confirm the order again and again. Finally, the landlord suddenly contacted me the day before the check-in and said that the house had been booked by someone else. I can't live for me and let me cancel it. I said that this is the responsibility of the platform. I have to temporarily rebook with a bunch of luggage. No matter who is responsible for this matter, the business is not doing this. I have to objectively leave this bad review.
