維也納酒店給我最大的感受就是房間的燈光特別明亮，這點我很滿意。不像有的酒店，即使把全部燈都打開，還是比較暗。晚上很安靜，房間隔音效果比較好。總體來講比較滿意。酒店早餐還比較豐盛，有一點建議：攜程上訂房間不含早餐，建議可細分為不含早餐價，含一份早餐價，含兩份早餐價。讓客户有更多的選擇。

0分怎麼評？這個衞生差，換了4床被子才看不到污漬，客客氣氣跟換被子的阿姨説話，還特別不高興説話沖進來就甩臉色，前台服務就更不用説了，甩臉色説話態度極差，不想工作或者工作不開心為什麼要出來上班呢？把崗位留給需要的人呀，整體員工素質除了當日早餐廳員工服務到位之外，其他差勁，人員職業素養是關鍵，這家店等着倒閉吧，差差差不要住

不推薦。
1️⃣酒店床單很臟。有很久的洗不掉的斑在上面，還有一些黑色的類似塵的東西，拍不掉是黏在上面的，要一點點去揪。
2️⃣房間透氣很差。一進房間好大股煙味，明明寫了禁煙但是根本不禁，煙霧報警器根本沒用，下午到酒店開窗到晚上還是一股煙味。
3️⃣空調是壞的。很明顯的中央空調，不開空調房間都很悶熱，前台説沒有地暖。開了空調出來熱風，哪怕都開冷風模式到五度了，還是出來熱風。第二天晚上出來冷風，但是在入睡的時候吹出來一股煙味，我和同事都是煙味很敏感的人。
我並不認為在襄陽一晚上住250是便宜的，這個酒店既配不上這個名字，也配不上這個價格

酒店可能有些年頭，大廳煙味很濃，房間也有些味道，開門窗通會兒風會好點，前台服務在縣城算中上了，早餐品種不多，服務算不錯的了。有的酒店早餐寫的到9點，快9點去的話都收攤了，這裏快9:30還有人來吃也還沒收，也沒有人催你。
