酒店服務態度極差，説是免費停車，根本沒有停車場，就是門口劃線的那麼不超過十個停車位，不注意的根本看不到線，酒店還沒有保安指揮停車及説明沒劃線的不能停車，問前台服務員還説門口都可以停車，然後被交警貼了罰單，店家也不積極解決問題，逃避責任，攜程服務非常棒，積極和店家溝通幫忙解決問題，大家以後不要住這家酒店，還沒房間門鎖還是壞的，反鎖功能沒有，也沒有增加防盜鏈，當時我們在房間，服務員還用房卡開門要進來，難道前台沒有告知哪個房間有客人入住嗎，反正就是差差差

酒店不經過客人同意，隨意作廢發票，導致報銷延誤，讓開電子發票，每天都在拖延，5天還沒有結果，發訊息最後直接不回覆，作為酒店發票都處理不明白，作為前台衹通知，沒有任何處理結果！！！住了這麼多年酒店，第一次給差評！！！

優點：1⃣️位置優越，酒店位於襄陽火車站附近，步行約一刻鐘即可到火車站，交通便利，附近有商業區和城市綜合體，用餐購物都很方便，從火車站到5A景區古隆中有512路公交車直達。2⃣️價格實惠，甚至可以説是意外驚喜。3⃣️客房隔音效果不錯，周圍到了夜間也比較靜謐。4⃣️衞生不錯，客房陳設雖然簡單，但是乾淨整齊。
缺點：1⃣️設施布草需要更新，床單上有破洞。2⃣️不提供早餐。
總體：值得推薦，性價比很高。
