民宿距離下尾島步行幾分鐘就能到在路邊也非常方便住在四樓提行李有一點點費勁但是房間兩卧兩衞包括設施都非常現代化房間裝修風格極簡風也是我最喜歡的老闆應該是個漫威迷哈哈哈品味相當不錯

超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住距離海超級近，可以去海邊放煙花，早上去看日出，幾分鐘就到了，床品也很舒服，床睡着也舒服老闆de服務態度也很好，總之很好Excellent

這個房間在朝海另一面，窗外是村居和山景。但每層的公共休息區域能看到海，早晨可直接看日出。屋內設施如官方圖片展示，小巧乾淨，配置的物品品質也不錯。房內如能配張凳子更好。早餐下來晚，快結束了，簡單應付吧，建議旺季別太晚下來。還有五樓Wi-Fi不給力，已跟店家提過，相信會有改進。路對面走幾分鐘有小沙灘，海蝕洞步行可去，小京沙灘和燈塔自駕也不遠。往燈塔方向一兩公里有一些海鮮排擋，我們在金海岸海鮮樓吃的，同樣來自海邊城市的我們對這一頓超滿意。對於要去下尾嶼玩的人來説，入住這裏很舒適方便。

無意中搜尋至香開觀海，先要開蠻長一段盤山路，對於喜歡開車的朋友，那是極讚的，環環繞繞，民宿就在半山，面朝大海，要是沙灘前大樹能移走點那更好了，這樣在民宿就能看的清清楚楚了，修整完就去了門前的沙灘，人少，景美，極贊，真正的碧海藍天，在沙灘不想移步，聽着大海的聲音，遠離喧囂的城市，慢生活開啟，這次來的不是時候，第二天因颱風所以景點封閉三天，出海作罷，撈小魚作罷，衹能就遺憾到下次再見。晚上的星星好多，手機衹能拍到一小顆，在上海是沒有的。
雖然沒有出海，但是有體驗到“偷西瓜”，收穫花生，一切都感謝民宿老闆一家，老闆及家人都很熱情，晚飯都是老闆這裏訂的，可惜少了張菜單，要不可以更直觀的看到想吃的東西，建議需要增設。還有房間裏要有一張凳子就更完美了。
總之下次會再去，以彌補這次沒有完成的行程，一定再定老闆家，期待下次再見。

民宿地理位置不錯，百米外走過去就是小京沙灘。沙灘人氣不如高羅和大京，反而讓喜歡安靜的我，獲得了意外的驚喜。早晚趕海，幾乎“包場”特別爽。整棟小樓，裝修精緻，處處都是智能家居，盡顯奢華之風。民宿老闆熱情，老闆家人廚藝精湛，幫我們代加工了我們出海捕到的魚，吃起來毫不遜色於海島上專業的餐廳水準。下次來，還是會入住香開觀海。

房間挺乾淨而且很大，兩張床兩個洗手間，完全滿足一家人出行，小帳篷小朋友很喜歡，在房間玩完全不太需要管，民宿對面就有一個大海灘，可以玩沙灘摩託車。名宿就在海蝕洞景區附近，反正一條大馬路，往上開就是東海一號線，往下就是海蝕洞和燈塔，自己租車的話真的很方便。名宿老闆也都很熱情，會推薦好玩的景點。反正有問題都很及時快速的解決了，唯一就是沒有電梯啦跑上跑下有點累。天很藍，景很美，人也很贊👍

霞浦車站租好車，一路過來，沿途的風景很美，霞浦第一站的民宿也十分滿意，家庭房很大，有兩個房間，兩個衞生間，很適合我家這樣帶倆娃的家庭，最主要的價格也很合理，這樣的裝修，絕對物超所值，推薦！推薦！

開了五點的鬧鐘，在房間看了日出，看完還能睡個回籠覺，棒棒噠！
民宿環境非常好，應該是東海一號網上數一數二的了，設施都是新的，都特別乾淨！
民宿附近可以找漁船出海捕魚，我們今天中潮也收貨滿滿，拿回來找老闆幫忙加工了，鮮美啊！
步行五分鐘到沙灘，人不多的，可以定心拍照，不錯不錯！
