房間很大，老闆服務很好，配套設施齊全，房間有大電視加分，有冰箱加分尤其是夏天有個冰箱真的不要太爽，是蹲坑加分。總體來説相當不錯。性價比也還可以，下次還住。

進去就遇到驚喜，不過服務態度還是可以，立馬就清理了，就是清理後的帕子是在洗臉池清洗的，簡直不敢想象

實話實說，小區外觀不大好，但也不是太糟，電梯和樓道這些地方都需要物業處理，但偏偏物業不給力。
小區對面就能坐4路公交到市區，挺方便，的士也很便宜。
房間裡面我是給4.5分，很新很乾淨，樓層景觀也不錯，小姐姐也很熱心的給了我洗衣粉和衣架，美中不足的地方是一次性浴巾洗臉巾，我不喜歡用這個，吸水力不佳。

找到一家寶藏民宿，性價比很高的酒店，房間非常乾淨，前台小姐姐還免費升級了投影大床房，前台小姐姐熱情服務。態度親切感非常好服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏。地理位置好，交通方便，房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，很貼心都放了一次性用品，這個價住這麼大的套房，真的很值。

縣上過來辦事都住民宿比酒店舒服，房間寬敞整潔大陽台採光好，洗衣機冰箱廚房都有，這家是我住過最不錯的，不僅浴巾拖鞋都是一次性的很衞生，還配了礦泉水，優秀，推薦，關鍵是離市區和景區都好近，樓下全是吃的，簡直不要太方便了，打車到哪裡就是起步價。

周邊配套吃和玩還是挺方便的，到邛海或進城的距離綜合下來選這個位置是極好的。這棟樓幾家民宿都挨個住過了，這家性價比最高，浴巾和毛巾都是一次性的，這點對我很重要。自己出門不用帶這兩大件要方便許多。老闆人熱情，好像是本地人，問什麼都清楚…總體印象不錯，這個價格在這邊算是最好的。

是一個民宿，在小區裏面，床墊子成舊，擺的幾件傢俱也都臟兮兮的，前台讓我交200塊錢按金，説第二天阿姨打掃完房間，下午退給我，交按金就應該在退房的時候退按金，為什麼要晚退半天覺得這種要求很無理。總之就是又臟又舊又貴，我提前兩天在攜程上退這個房子不知道為什麼被商家拒絕了。提前兩天退房子，並不影響入住，我也不明白，為什麼不讓我退訂這種公寓總是有很多麻煩的事情，還是建議住連鎖。
