隔音效果不好，凌晨四點多樓上還特別吵，聲音很大，早上來姨媽需要姨媽巾，問前台，態度很不好，説話都是一個字一個字蹦，退房時，消費了一瓶礦泉水，房間明碼標價2.5，退按金時退了97，問前台，説沒有零錢，開玩笑，微信付款付款不了0.5
