I felt that the room and the inside of the building were very clean and well-maintained ✨️ The breakfast buffet was luxurious and I was happy 💞 The drinks and snacks in the lounge and sweets at the cafe were also very delicious! It was my first time staying at an all-inclusive hotel, but I regret that I didn't have as much time as I expected and the days were shorter💦, so I would like to stay there again in a different season! All-inclusive hotels are the best! With scenery, food, drinks, activities, and hot springs, there are so many facilities that you won't be able to see all in one day. Above all, the staff's friendliness is wonderful. I will stay again!

Since I had refrained from traveling during the summer due to the coronavirus, I went to Yaizu for the first time in 5 years since July 2018. The beautiful view of the sea from the room, the high-quality dinner for a buffet style, and the smiling faces of the staff were all very impressive, so we decided to go to this hotel in Yaizu for our first family trip since the end of the coronavirus pandemic. I did. We arrived at the hotel early and swam in the pool until 3:00 p.m. when we got into our room, but the only way to access the pool was by a small cable car. Children are very happy with it, and at the same time, it is gentle and a favorite for even a disabled grandpa. However, the last time I visited, the air conditioning inside the cable car was working properly, but it seemed to be malfunctioning and the inside of the cable car was in a steaming bath. (Well, the ride time is only 2-3 minutes, so it's not a problem.) The sea view from the room and the delicious dinner remain the same. Although I arrived in the heat of the day, the parking lot staff welcomed me at the entrance with a smile, and the front desk staff always greeted me with a smile...I was really taken care of by the staff, and I think it's a comfortable resort hotel. . I look forward to working with you again next summer.

The wonderful things are the food, the staff, and the activities. The food is not made with high-end ingredients, but it takes time and effort to make it delicious. Especially pay attention to the pizza steak and the kiln in the back. Also, the sake and local cuisine were good. The staff are attentive, attentive, and well-educated. There are very few hotels that can properly warn customers with bad manners, excellent. The point I want you to do your best is hygiene. Please dispose of slippers these days. The room was clean, but dusty. Do you vacuum every time you check out? When I moved in, the desk and floor were clean, so I was relieved, but every time I moved the futon, I danced. There was one air purifier, but it was not supported. Toilet air conditioning not working. There is a handicap due to the age of the building, but this is the only food, location, and service. I would like to commend the efforts of all the staff. For those in upper management, please do not neglect the hard-to-see “unseen parts” and put your strength into them. If the sanitary conditions are not met, I will not repeat it no matter how wonderful the others are. Sorry for being harsh.

We stayed in one room with 6 people of 3 generations. Mt.Fuji could not be seen from the room, but from the lounge terrace, we could see Mt.Fuji. You can see it from the bath. The food was a so-called buffet in the morning and evening, and the sushi was especially delicious. Also, coffee, beer, and highballs are all-you-can-drink in the lounge, so you can spend some time away from your family. It seems that there are activities, but I didn't use them. During the day, Nihondaira and Miho-no-Matsubara are conveniently close by car. Not suitable for traveling alone!

I didn't think I could enjoy hot springs in Yaizu, but the quality of the hot springs was better than I expected. The sea view from the room was also nice. I chose the buffet for dinner, but unfortunately it's not good enough.

Since it was all-inclusive and included alcoholic beverages, I was able to drink Isojiman. There were queues for sushi and rice balls, so I waited for quite a while, so I thought it would be nice to have two craftsmen who make sushi and respond flexibly.・It's a fairly old facility, but I felt that they were doing their best while renovating.・I was able to participate in 3 games for free at the fair at night, and I enjoyed it with my children.・We were able to take a break with snacks, alcohol, and juice in the lounge that guests can use.・I enjoyed the kids space, outdoor activities, and sweets and juices at the cafe in the forest. Disappointing point ・Large queue at check-in. There were only 2 reception staff (2 locations), and I had to stand and wait for a long time. Even when my mother, who has bad legs, sat down, nothing happened, and my family immediately supported her. It may have taken more time than usual because there were many people showing vaccination tickets related to goto travel. Wait until you can check in and enter the room! I thought, but I was not ready, so I was kept waiting again. After that, there was no voice, and when I asked for it, I was handed the key as if I remembered it. I know you're busy, but it was tough. I felt that the number and skills of the staff were insufficient. The room was old and the toilet was always smelly. I was prepared for the oldness to some extent, but I wanted you to do something about the smell of the toilet.・It rained the next day, so I couldn't do many activities. Therefore, I decided to leave the inn early, and when I went to take a rest in the lounge, there was no air conditioner in the back space of the lounge, even though it was midsummer. It was unbearably hot and the few chairs at the entrance to the lounge were filled with people. I couldn't wait for a while, so when I asked the female staff in the lounge, she didn't say sorry or explain the reason, and when I checked, she went away. After that, he didn't seem to report to me, so when I approached him, he ignored me. It was too harsh a response. There were no drinks available, so I checked and found out that the lounge is for guests and opens at 15:00. If I had to ask, I would like the customer who stayed one night to be able to use it on the next morning as well. At the very least, the hotel lobby was full of people due to the rain, so wouldn't it be nice to turn on the air conditioning in the back? If you don't turn on the air conditioner during preparations, you should make it easy to understand, such as not to put it in. It was a pity that the service was not perfect even though I had come all the way to travel.・It was raining the next day, so when I tried to kill time with my kids in the kids space, they said they were open in the evening and not in the morning. It was a pity that it was all-inclusive. I understand the cleaning time, but I would like you to extend the usage time.
