My daughter loves this hotel, so do us. It's a good place for the parents to relax too, yaourt, water, fruit and coffee are free at the lobby.

We have truly enjoyed our stay at 018 Kids Paradise Hotel. The location is great, it’s easy to move around different attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a spacious lobby as a playground for kids: a slide, monkey bars, trolley tracks, Lego wall, toy kitchen, many other toys are available. Moreover, there is a fridge full of soft drinks, milk, yogurt and fruit available the whole day. The manager confirmed our breakfast preferences upon arrival and made sure my kids aren’t allergic to anything. The rooms are spacious, very clean and designed safely for kids use. 第一感覺房間很大很大很大，樓下小童玩的設備場地也很大，孩子很喜歡，在一樓玩得哪都不想去，睡覺前也要下樓玩2個小時，玩得流連忘返，酒店服務很好，有夜床服務，暖心晚安牛奶服務，1樓下午茶，全天的，酸奶，飲料，水，糕點，水果，都有，早上還有早餐，出行很方便，附近都是吃的，距離西街，遇龍河，十里畫廊，千古情都很近，酒店的地理位置就位於這些景點的中間，去哪都方便的，帶娃者居住的首選酒店哦！
服務：大廳的前台小姐姐都好熱情，服務很周到，退房的時候，幫我提了好多行李送出門口附近，還送了我寶寶玩具車，很滿意的一次入住

很少給人酒店寫點評，這次是臨時決定出來陽朔玩，看了好多家酒店也很糾結，想住十里畫廊裏面感受清晨醒來拉開窗簾看到秀麗的山景，也想住親子酒店解放雙手，不糾結最初是因為看到別人評論説酒店在縣城吃飯方便。還沒到店酒店管家就加了微信，確認到店時間。很貼心，寶寶進了酒店大堂完全走不動路了，進了房間炒雞喜歡房間的小木屋小床。玩了2天很開心，淡季出來玩是真的放鬆心情，性價比超級高，臨走管家還送了寶寶小玩具，這一場説走就走不猶豫的旅途很滿意……
PS：晚安牛奶和烘乾機都很給力。

確實是個解放家長的酒店，寶寶很喜歡，但是家長體驗感就一般般～
衞生方面算過得去，但設施都相對老舊，房間比較悶且潮濕，馬桶圈是搖動的，衞生間也特別小！打開窗是樓下廚房的煙囱，一股股味道～
值得表揚的是小姐姐和阿姨們都蠻熱情，有寶寶早餐和牛奶，有烘乾機也很方便，門口的桂林米粉很好吃！

性價比很高，説實話還有點小驚喜，看得出來在服務細節上很用心了，員工培訓得很到位，體驗感拉滿。
1. 沒想到這個價位的酒店居然也有夜床服務和管家服務。
2. 元宵節的晚安甜品除了牛奶，還有湯圓，真的很驚喜。
3.不衹是前台管家，還有客房服務員的對客技能真的滿分，做到了細心、體貼、熱情。
4. 大堂的冰箱裏有飲料，酸奶，水果。還有咖啡機，自助的。
這個價位的酒店在服務上甚至比一些五星級酒店的服務還要暖心，家人住的很開心。
