入住當晚放熱水放不出，第二天早上放熱水沒有，11點左右放熱水還是沒有，外面零下幾度連個熱水澡都洗不了，其他房間同事讓師傅過來看，説有熱水，55度，但是水還是涼的；這麼冷的天，要求不高，洗個熱水澡而已
