There was a grandmother and her son staying at the hotel, and they upgraded their hotel room so they had a comfortable stay. It was shabby on the outside, but clean and well-organized on the inside. The location is also good. However, I had a bit of trouble finding the location. It would be nice to have a description of the location, a map, and information on what floor it is on. I used it comfortably.
