房子整體感覺非常好，房東服務也很熱情，交通也很便利，值得推薦，下次來煙台這是首選住的地方，不會踩雷

這是第二次住民宿，可能是第一次在青島住的民宿環境太好了，一對比這的環境真是太差了，屋裡的每個角落都可臟了，被罩有味道，床單上有頭髮，最差的一次民宿。

優點：位置不錯，從機場過去很方便；附近有菜場商超選擇很多，生活比較方便；房間設施還算是比較齊全的，電視冰箱洗衣機都有；店家的出行生活提示很清晰
缺點：廚房廚具衞生不太可，鍋底大多焦糊且沒有洗乾淨，調味品也比較雜亂；衞生間下水道反味比較重；房間隔音不太好，空調噪音略大

首先房東確實很熱情，解決問題也快。但是打掃衞生的人真的給這個民宿拉低了整體的水平，細節上有些偷懶了，小屋子的窗簾由於空調擋住了不能完全拉上露了一個角，空調聲音稍微有點大。房子位置可以後面有夜市一條街，出行公交很方便。房東給我們留了存行李的時間這個點很贊，總體上還可以。

不錯，房東有問必答。可以洗衣做飯，交通也方便，門口就有公交站。尤其是小區旁邊那條小吃街品種很豐富價格也不貴，幾乎每晚都去。

房東服務倒是熱情周到，地理位置也很好，吃飯打車都很方便。可能是因為入住率高的原因吧，房屋打掃不是很徹底。
