Seven Seas Sealight Elite Hotel - All Inclusive

Family of 4 here. Awesome experience, will definitely comeback. I fet very spoiled on our stay here. 10/10 for excellent customer service. I was amazed how the staff handle the customers, its been a busy week on our stay here, but staffs remains composed and calm. Friendly and accomodating, couldnt remember all their names but to name a few are Singhe very helpful and Damla, at Tokyo Bar- she makes the best cocktails even without on the menu. Highly recommended Hands off to Senna at palm bar too, aswell as all other staff at the bars. All the staffs at ala-carte dinner, Dagukan the asst mgr. Baran at Italian restaurant. Can’t recall all their names but staff were magnificent The place is clean, rooms were checked and cleaned once a day; mini fridge being refilled every day. New towels provided almost every day. Rooms are big. Comfy bed and pillows. Internet access available 24/7. Different Shows every night, and also on some afternoon. I just wished people show more appreciation to them. If able, tip if you can Coming from England. You wouldnt able to experience this type of service. The reason why i appreciate the service much more. Hands off to the managament. I wish you all the best in the future. Take care of the employees as everyone has been working extremely well with passion. Hopefully, will be back next year for another 7 night stay. 5/5 for the hotel. 100/10 for excellent customer service

We stayed the week after the hotel opened, during the very busy public holidays. There was one really poor day where the hotel didn’t cope with the volume of people but this was responded to quickly by management - more tables for snack area and an additional lunchtime restaurant opened. Credit where it is due. + Rooms are lovely and clean, maids are wonderful. Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath. Lovely view from balcony. + Pool area was nice. Cocktails provided by staff on roller blades! + A la carte restaurant food was very good quality. We tried all 4 available and the Italian and Asian were our favourites. + Pre dinner drinks in the Tokyo bar were a delight. Bar was quiet and could watch the sunset. - Service dipped when hotel was full. Had to go looking for menus/drinks/cutlery. - The beach is so disappointing. Not the soft white sand pictured but grainy and n it pleasant to walk on/play in. - Booked a late check out in the app but when I went to settle the bill for this on our final day the staff said there was no room!! Eventually moved us to a dingy, horrible ‘cell’ and still charged the full €80. Overall good value. Kusadasi castle and Ephesus are both worth a visit whilst you’re there.

First impressions brilliant! Welcomed with a glass on arrival. Rooms are big and clean, fridges are stocked everyday A lot of time spent at Palm court bar, the bar staff really friendly especially Sena nur, Murat, Gamze and Enes. Sena nur got to know our names and our drinks. The bar is open 24 hours. Entertainment is on point and able to cater for all ages. Kids club staff are friendly and welcoming . The staff and management are keen for feedback to improve the service. It's been a fantastic holiday thank you Liberty.

We have spent an amazing 2 weeks at Liberty Hotel and all I can say is that the place, the people, the food and drink are all fantastic. The animation team are all so friendly but I have to give a special mention to Lisa who is just so friendly and welcoming and takes time out to sit and chat to the guests. Also the service guys around the pool are great, going around all day on their rollablades, Efe always made sure our drinks were filled. Thank you to all the team at the hotel for making our holiday amazing.

This is a long review and you do not have to read it all, but if you would like a detailed review of my experience staying at this hotel, then read on! Where do I start! I was going to give 4.5 stars only because I was a bit disappointed that the fish restaurant is not open yet and I only eat fish and I was really looking forward to it. However, on reflection, I received a 5 star service from a 5 star hotel, so it is only fair to rate on our experience and what an amazing experience we had. My partner and I arrived at 1:00am in the morning and when our transfer bus pulled up outside of the hotel, one of the reception staff was waiting on the forecourt for us to arrive and escorted us to the reception desk. When we walked into the lobby, WOW!! absolutely beautiful surroundings with plants tastefully arranged throughout the lobby. Check-in was very smooth and we were advised that we could catch the night buffet for a bite to eat before it closed at 2am. The lobby bar is open 24 hours, so we were also able to have a few drinks and unwind before going to bed. The drinks are premium drinks, Our room was tastefully decorated with lots of space, and separation zones including a space to work from, if you needed to, a lounge section to watch TV and the bedroom area. There were two queen size beds, which were very comfortable. There are also robes in the bedroom which was a nice touch. The bathroom is also a good size, with a lovely large jacuzzi bath, which was totally unexpected and another lovely touch. The buffet breakfast that awaited us the next morning, was fantastic, with lots of choice and staff on hand to help where they could. I have to mention Sevil on the omelette station. I do not eat meat and I was asking her to clean the frying pan before she made my omelette. She did not understand what I meant, but asked another member of staff whose English was better to help me. Once she understood what I requested, she cleaned the pan and utensils and made me my omelette. Each time I went for an omelette, I went to Sevil and as soon as she saw me, she greeted me with a smile and cleaned the pan and utensils for me. (Can I point out, in particular if you are travelling from the UK, we are visiting a different country, whose first language is not English. Not all staff will understand what you are asking for, but they will always find someone who speaks English and will help you with your request, so I will say, be patient because the staff cannot do enough for you and if you are happy, they are happy.) There are 4 a`La Carte restaurants which all have their unique dishes. Be advised that you must book these restaurants 24 hours in advance at the Guest Relations desk , usually at 8am if you can, but not always necessary because we booked after that time. I ate in the buffet on the last day and had BBQ fish wish was delicious. The pool area is very clean with lots of sun loungers and a clean towel each day. The pool bar staff come around and

One of the best all inclusive hotels in Turkey. All a la cart restaurants all free. All staff are kind and helpful. Need to mention that, you’ll get best service and meal in a la cart restaurants especially in the Italian restaurant. Weather is reasonable even in May.

I absolutely love the people that are working in Liberty Kusadasi. The Animators, The guest relations team, the barmans, everyone! This place has really comfy beds and good drinks and food!

Our week long stay at the Liberty kusadasi was Sublime.From the very first time you step through this hotel doors, you're engulfed with a cacophony of sounds,smell,and sights that leave you enthralled and amazed. Whether it be the grand open lobby,the newly built central bar,the eye catchingly watersildes,or the wonderfully and overhelpfull hotel staff,everything in this hotel is to the highest standard. The patisserie cafe,the milkshake and smoothie bar, the pool bars, cocktail bar,foodhall,multiple a la carte restaurants all a stunning array of luxury food and service. The private beach was a personal favorite as it offered a constant opportunity of respite throughout the holiday. As someone who has been visiting this hotel every year since it opened and over many a layout and name changes, I can say in confidence that not only is the Liberty the best it's ever been, but it is easily one of, if not, the best hotel Kusadasi has to offer.

Italian restaurant is the best. Great food, everything we ordered was delicious. Ahmet is a great waiter. He’s better than perfect. Mevsim from pool bar is really kind and helpful.
