所謂的“花築”就是在建中的“拿雲”，各種施工現場的工具、材料，房間除了有空調有電有床能滿足基本入住，其他稱不上客棧！一樓大廳還是毛坯房、房間處處可見正在施工的電線，完全顛覆了對“花築”的認知！
