Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite good. I liked it so much I extended my stay by two more days. The breakfast was rich and varied, the staff were very friendly, and the front desk service was excellent. Its central location means there's a lot to do and see nearby, with shopping malls close by making transportation very convenient. Check-in was on the 22nd floor. Any issues with the room were promptly addressed, and they even sent up a complimentary fruit platter. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay with great value for money. I would definitely come back again.

The room was a bit small, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Breakfast was good (children over 1.4m are charged an additional 30 RMB per day), and the location is also convenient. During our stay, we unfortunately encountered a very noisy tour group in the middle of the night. However, the front desk promptly moved us to a quieter room in Block B, which we truly appreciated! The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the trade city daily at 9 AM and 10 AM, which was very convenient. (On both days, we happened to share the bus with a lively group of international guests who were singing, dancing, and filming videos, making it a bit boisterous.) While the indoor swimming pool isn't large, it's perfectly sufficient for children to splash around in. Overall, we had a good experience.

Stayed for two days, and the breakfast was great, available until after 10 AM. The environment was very clean, and housekeeping was quick. The location is excellent, right behind Chaoyangmen, making it super convenient for dining and even getting your hair washed. There are many food options nearby, and it's very close to Yiwu Tiandi. Getting a taxi to other places is also very easy. Xiao Wang and Xiao Yang provided excellent service.

The hotel is great, it has everything you need for a family or business trip. Personnel is vey kind and smiley. In particular, Kelly and all the personnel in the Reception and the Restaurant. The family room was very well equipped, clean and fun. The hotel has a new policy of free breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests of the hotel and has a nice gym and laundry room with washing machine and laundry dryer. In addition, the hotel has a Starbucks cafe close to reception. Very good hotel, we will return

I chose this hotel for a business trip with colleagues. The location is excellent—it’s situated in the most bustling part of the city center. The room is spacious and very clean, and the staff at the front desk, particularly Li Li, provided excellent service. When we checked out, they even gave us a local specialty as a gift. Overall, we were very satisfied, and the breakfast was also quite good. The facilities are quite good as well.

The hotel rooms are spacious and well-designed. The service is excellent, and the front desk staff were all very charming and welcoming. The rooms offer good value for money. The hotel provides a superb experience, and you'll find fantastic dining nearby in Zongjiang, with an abundance of fresh seafood. It's a one-stop service. Breakfast is also great, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The management is highly organized, and the facilities are impressively modern and extensive. Simply superb!

The room is very big and the service is very good. Breakfast is delivered directly to the floor.
This time, I would like to thank the front desk manager. Because of the tight schedule, I didn't have time to pick up the luggage at the front desk. The manager was very considerate and helped to mail it. It helped solve a big problem. Great service

The hotel lobby was spacious and bright. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; even though there were no parking spaces directly at the entrance, we left our keys at the front desk, and they proactively moved our car for us. As it's located in the city center, it's conveniently close to everything, and the surrounding area is also quite pleasant. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped, and breakfast was included too, which was a great bonus!

Excellent services, the staff is really professional and kind, i didn’t catch the guy who work at the reception name, but good job. The hero saved the day by reminding me, that i forgot to take my medication at the fridge. Overall 10/10 for the great sevice

Getting around is way easier than I expected. Regular taxis are everywhere and start at ¥8($1.10). I mostly use DiDi (it's like Chinese Uber) because it's cheaper and the app works in English. Free shuttle buses run between all the markets from morning till 5:30 PM. For reference, a taxi from Binwang Market to Futian Market (about 3.5km) usually costs ¥15($2).

There were really many books on the bookshelf on the first floor! ! ! There are all kinds of books, and there are actually children's picture books. Unfortunately, there is not enough time. GGuest UserLovely clean hotel with many smart features. Vanity mirror lights were a nice touch as well as heated toilet seat and automatic flush, automatic curtains. I also appreciated the USB charging points extra cables and space to hang your clothes. The beds are very comfortable. The location was about a 10 min drive to the Yiwu markets but longer in peak hour. Reasonable breakfast if you like Chinese food. The staff especially the hotel man were very helpful. The laundry and gym were convenient to have there but the gym is only open 10am to 10pm due to it being next to some of the guest rooms and there being concern about making too much noise. After about 8pm the gym is locked and you need to ask front desk to get it unlocked. Also if you are gym goer you would possibly like to go early on the morning but that it not an option! Overall though a pleasant, good value for money stay.

Driving to the store, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is free parking, parking is super convenient, there is no need to worry about parking fees and the trouble of finding a parking space! The room is amazing, clean and tidy, the bedding is soft, the bathtub is not only clean, but also equipped with a disposable bathtub cover and bath salt, the details are full! The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and there is a robot delivery service. It is really worth it to have such a configuration at this price without going downstairs to take out. I will stay here next time!
