Super convenient location! From the station, take the west exit's underground passage, walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you'll see signs for the Sheraton. The elevators next to the bank go directly to the guest room floors. The front desk is on the lobby level (LB floor).

Location in best just above Yokohama station. Lots of eating options in the station and yodabashi shopping. Near by walking to outdoor shopping street with many 24 hrs dining Room is huge for Japan hotel standards.

The bedside table was quite dusty,especially the telephone which was dirty. Housekeeping must pay more attention to some details like telephone, toilet supplies box. The mattress is too soft for us.
