開的帶大窗户的大床房，給了間小圓房不帶窗户，反映後，被告知提着行李自己辦理換房，換完房間，房卡開不了門，又等服務員來刷卡，床上頭髮絲起碼十幾根，牀頭櫃裏還有衞生紙。。。。不會再去。
