民宿和咖啡吧都是在一起的，二樓是房間。咖啡挺好喝，甜品也不錯。老闆人也很不錯，晚上入住的時間挺晚的也會耐心辦理

跨年音樂節過去住的。
老闆娘特別熱情，房間也收拾得很好。
沒音樂節也不想待房間的時候，就會到樓下喝咖啡。

設施：老房子沒什麼設施設備可言，簡單的床，電視機，空調，衞生間，客觀評價並無不滿
衞生：這個得説一下，床單被套比較需要特別注意，建議老闆讓阿姨洗的時候放點葯水，睡了會比較癢，我已經套過一次性的了
環境：就在麗水古街邊邊的河邊，晚上夜景不錯，而且覓食很方便哈哈哈
服務：老闆娘服務很好，因為等房送了我們兩杯咖啡，很開心

民宿就在景區裏面，麗水街上，這個紅燈籠長廊裏，開窗可見河流、山脈和對面戲台。酒店設計很有氣質。訂了夏房間，但入住後發現對面戲台場戲太鬧，老闆馬上給換了朝內的冬房間，帶陽台喝喝茶非常舒服。走幾步路就有很多農家樂和早餐店，價廉物美。

民宿在麗水街裏，最出片的核心景區，住這不用交景區門票了，非常好，晚上附近也很熱鬧，去哪都很方便，樓下是老闆開的咖啡廳，非常符合年輕人品味，很有格調，推薦！床墊子也很舒服睡的很香
