Intercontinental Hangzhou Liangzhu, an IHG Hotel

We took our kids on a May Day trip and stayed at the InterContinental Hangzhou Liangzhu for the first time. The hotel's service management and hardware facilities are great, and the staff are very enthusiastic and dedicated, making guests feel at home. Special thanks to Ella in the executive lounge for checking us in. Because we were with our kids, she specially helped us upgrade to a premium twin room. During our stay, she also asked about our well-being and provided us with various help many times.

Check in at Hangzhou Liangzhu Intercontinental. The Ancient City Ruins Park is right outside the door. Liangzhu Intercontinental really wins my heart. It is located in the Hangzhou Ancient City Ruins Cultural Center. It is very convenient to go to the museum or the ruins park.

1⃣️When checking in, the platform showed that the credit was very good and no security deposit was required, but when I arrived at the hotel, I still asked for a deposit of 800. (And it could not be credited to the account immediately after check-out) The front desk said that adding breakfast would cost 80, and then 180, which was very unprofessional! 2⃣️I called in advance to communicate that I needed a baby bed, but there was no baby bed when I arrived in the room, and I had to wait for a long time before it arrived. 3⃣️The most uncomfortable thing was that I had a rash on my body the next day! ! ! It was very itchy! The doctor who consulted also said it was allergic dermatitis! The hotel's way of dealing with it was: giving a breakfast condolence 🙂 What they meant was that it had nothing to do with the hotel and they had no liability for compensation. Very disappointed! People with bad skin are advised not to stay. There is no guarantee

The hotel facilities are very new, in line with the InterContinental brand. I was very satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, there is a shopping mall opposite, which is convenient for eating and shopping. It is convenient for travel, Line 2 goes directly to the West Lake Scenic Area, and it is a 10-minute drive from the Liangzhu Ruins. The service is thoughtful and friendly, and a birthday cake was specially sent. The breakfast is rich in variety. The hotel is a second-time hotel on duty!

This stay is the most satisfactory one in half a year. The hotel facilities are very new, and the visible places in the room are very clean. There is a dry and wet separation, but there is a wash basin in the bathroom, which is very convenient and user-friendly. The smart toilet is inductive, eliminating the need for manual flipping. The toiletries are all byredo. We are a family of two adults and one child, and we prepared an extra bath towel and children's toothbrush slippers in advance. 6 bottles of water are provided in the room, which is good. Water does not cost much, but if it is a family stay, two bottles of water are not enough. We usually drink water by boiling mineral water. In addition, I took the children to the swimming pool, which has a constant temperature area, is child-friendly, and is also very clean, plus points! Emily at the front desk was enthusiastic and shared local tourism information with me. Thank you! There is no sewer odor in the bathroom, no old carpet smell, no smoke smell, and there is no trash can in the corridor elevator hall. There is no smell of smoke. The indoor smoking control is very good! I am very sensitive to smells. Overall, I am very satisfied and will consider staying next time I travel!

A mountain hotel that can be reached by navigation. There is a road, and the road into the mountain is not very winding. It is a quiet hotel in the deep mountains. The owner will ask if you want to order food in advance. The braised fish head is so delicious! The chicken soup is also delicious! The room environment is also very good, and the bathtub is super large! I like it and will come again next time!
