我們4月18晚入住酒店，因為廁所水盆下水管沒有接好，漏水。老伴夜裡上廁所滑倒骨折，酒店承認自己責任，但在賠付問題上遲遲未按民法典1179條執行令人非常不快，老伴卧床十餘天，我們急於返京療傷，體諒酒店困難，不想再為此事耽誤時間，酒店還讓在不再追究責任的協議書簽字！由於摔傷中斷原來行程改乘飛機，除去醫療費，購買輪椅，購買機票和託運汽車，賠付所剩無幾。
由於酒店經營困難，工作人員少，前台接待女孩和客服中心的清潔女工工作挺辛苦，餐廳服務人員對我們老兩口照顧不錯，小樑姑娘帶病堅持送我們去機場。我們對這些女工表示感謝！

房間環境比較好，乾淨整潔，多為出差商務住店的熟客，就是早餐不太好吃，建議去外邊吃點，它的早餐太簡單，衹有一個素菜。
