環境衞生設施都很滿意，早餐的某個服務員服務很差。我買了雙早餐38元，一個人身體不舒服沒有下樓吃早餐，我從餐廳帶了三個小小的麪包和兩盒奶（成本不到5元），一個服務員大聲呵斥我説不能打包，還要搶走我手上的麪包和酸奶。我花錢買的雙早餐，另一個人有沒有吃他們是有統計的能看出來，況且我又沒有拿很多（不到5元），餐廳服務員的服務讓我很生氣。不考慮服務，酒店還是很不錯的。

衞生間下水道反臭，影響睡覺，衞生間進去都沒法呼吸！去的時候遇上停電，水雜質特別多。早點第一個吃的。熱菜竟然是涼的，妥妥最差差評
