The entire hotel is surrounded by the Fukang City community construction site, and the photo is the main view from the hotel lobby. The hotel facilities are average, and the room cleaning is sloppy. The toilet seat in the room I stayed in had obvious stains, and the anti-slip shower mat was spread directly in front of the toilet. The picture was too disharmonious, so I didn’t take any photos... To be honest, this was the most unworthy five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. The variety of the morning service was average. There was no waiter who would come forward to greet the guests and ask for tea or coffee. There was no one who came to serve the guests when they were chatting together. I will definitely not choose to stay here again….

沒有服務，沒有泊車、沒有指引、游泳沒有救生員，員工都是一臉疲勞，都在聚在一起算他上了幾個小時的班了。 衞生也真的很差，房間地板有垃圾，物品上手印、污漬，電視上都是一層灰，陽台玻璃更是誇張。 吃食也非常不行，過橋米線吃了拉肚子，早餐更是看看就沒有食慾，每一張餐桌都臟。 最最可怕的是晚上外面回蕩着狗吠，連綿不絕，此起彼伏非常瘮人。關了陽台門發現空調沒有用，熱的汗淌，太慘了。😭感覺來渡劫的

在玉溪半山上的度假型酒店，可以俯瞰全城，風景不錯，周邊建設還不是很完善，但是酒店內設施很齊全。 整體的服務都很不錯，迎賓、餐廳領班、保潔阿姨等等都很熱情，響應也非常及時。尤其想感謝一下辦理入住時的Chole，態度非常好，五一人很多，但是絲毫沒有懈怠，一直以很熱情很真誠的態度對待客户，因為帶着小寶寶，幫我們升級了行政房。辦理check in很迅速，貼心的告知了酒店動線，提示了我們可以參加的酒店活動。 早餐不錯，餐廳環境很好，有特色稀豆粉和卷粉，味道在線，唯一遺憾的是沒有我愛的培根🥓 總之是一家非常值得體驗打卡的酒店，祝酒店越來越好～

酒店的米線很好吃，家裡人都覺得比昆明排隊吃的上坐還好吃，湯也很不錯。房間很不錯還有大浴缸，總結一下整體服務餐飲方面最好，Andy Liu大廚會給客人細心的介紹，客房服務接電話的妹妹聲音很甜，客房大姐也很有禮貌，前台禮賓部的同事也很有禮貌很熱情，建議可以多增加趣味活動項目。
