Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. Super comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. Clean, quiet and good sized rooms. Delicious breakfast. We stay here whenever we are in town.

This hotel is pretty high quality and is generally clean. There are a few parts that could be a bit cleaner, but generally it was a great stay.
Parking is pretty good but sometimes full. But there is parking close by.
The grocery store Spar is just one block away.
By the way, the breakfast is GREAT compared to American hotels. Fresh eggs, bacon, cold cut meat, cheeses, sweets, coffee, etc.
The room is pretty big (2x double beds) and has a hair dryer, big closet, and a refrigerator.
One thing that is missing is a iron for the clothes.
I would stay here again. Jarun is great.

I stayed for a business trip for 3 days. The staff is great, everything is so clean and well maintained like it's a brand new hotel. Plenty of free parking, good wifi, a large gym, a good breakfast, good coffee, a comfy bed ... I'll definitely return.

We stayed at the hotel for a short time, but we were very happy with the service. The staff is extremely friendly, available for any questions and requests, they try very hard to satisfy the guest. The ambience is at a very high level, modern and comfortable. The rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is varied and very tasty. Location is superb, very close to the beautiful Lake Jarun. We will be very happy to return!

A business hotel on the outskirts of Zagreb, not much nearby. Room was newish, clean and fairly spacious - but felt a bit unwelcoming. Bathroom was very large (but of a waste of space....). Plenty of storage space, small fridge (full of minibar items). Lighting was not great (too much white instead of yellow), had a large flat-screen with a couple of English news channels. HDMI input almost impossible to reach. Breakfast was good - had a wide selection of food.

What a lovely hotel. Super friendly team. Very welcoming and always with a smile. A nice array of products on the breakfast buffet. Great modern rooms with all you need. Location was perfect. Easy ride into town or walk to the water.
