I highly recommend this place, located in a quiet neighborhood, the staff are polite and friendly they provide good service, the room is clean and we had a great view and the hotel is a few minutes walk to main street. Parking place is available. Breakfast is good.

We received great service on the hotel. The breakfast is very good! The hotel rooms are alright I would have liked bigger pillows though. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at villa carlton!

Everything was ok, very close to the main street and many other attractions of the city , the parking is available, the service was helpful and polite. I can recommend Villa Carlton to stay in Zakopane,

This hotel may have been considered nice in the 1920s, however it is very outdated. The bed covers were covered in holes, and the bedsheets had blood stains. There is no elevator in the hotel, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Reception staff was polite, however the women working at breakfast had an awful temper. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and we had to make it ourselves.

Willa Carlton offers great value for money in rather expensive city such as Zakopane. Historic interiors will take you back in time to 1930s'. Hotel is located in a quiet neiborhood but really close to Krupowki - Zakopane's main street. Great for families or groups. Big outdoor parking. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

I reccomend Willa Carlton very much. I was there with my daughter one week ago. Delicious breakfest, clean rooms and nice service. The house has uniqe atmosphere with a beautiful wooden elements inside and cosy living room.

Really nice hotel for family. We booked 4th floor rooms for familly and it was really nice interior with mointain view. Hotel is located in city center, 5min walk to main street with lot of nice local restaurants and shops.

The Best as always, the 5th our holidays in Carlton. Great breakfast, 5 minutes distance from Krupówki Street, good price adequate to the conditions, nice service, big apartament for 4 People, beautiful views thru the windows
