Very cleaned,very accomodating the staff,and had very goor breakfast.all in all excellent!😍

One of my go to hotels. Super affordable. The rooms are clean and cozy.

Upon checking in, they never told us that we were supposed to request for our rooms to be cleaned or for towels to be changed. The next day, when I asked kung bakit hindi nalinis yung room, sinabihan akong hindi raw nagrequest at late na raw magrequest dahil until 4pm lang daw sila. Had we known, we would have requested earlier. Tapos sa harap ng room namin, nakabuyangyang lang yung mga used towels. Pagdating din namin, yung automated lock nung pinto ay hjndi gumagana. So kahit walang keycard or susi, nabubuksan siya. The food was too salty and quite little.

The experience was great. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Hotel room was clean at the very least and the facilities were good. Location was also close proximity to a local market and to malls like SM Zamboanga or KCC. Staff could improve on the customer service though. The lady I talked to was kinda rude.

I’ve actually used this hotel multiple times on my trip to basilan , honestly I would recommend it if your looking for a place to stay or just a place to hit the hay .
