離鄉多年.時常想帶着老公孩子回家鄉.但因老公是外國人.回去以後沒有能收留他的酒店.這次意外得知家鄉開了一家國際酒店.我們立馬啟程回到了讓人魂牽夢繞的地方.真的沒想到在這樣的一個小縣城裡能有如此高大上的酒店.不僅硬件設施先進.服務質量簡直是天花板.一天24小時門口都有6位迎賓員迎接賓客.讓人有一種如賓至歸的感覺.小縣城的慢生活.生活質量越來越高.期待家鄉越來越好👩❤️💋👩

酒店的空間很大，也比較衞生，唯獨服務員的素質和態度太差，不敢恭維，把酒店的標準降低了，大多數服務員基本不瞭解酒店作為服務行業，服務員應該以什麼樣的素質，心態和能力服務顧客。當服務對於房間不滿意的時候應孩怎樣解決，而且解決過程中顧客比服務員着急，服務員寧可站在那裡等也不解決問題，還要跟顧客理論因為顧客不懂事，跟他們沒關係。酒店那麼多樓層，那麼多房間服務員不清楚難道顧客清楚麼，最後還要與顧客理論，簡直瞠目結舌一時之間也不知道説什麼。
關於寢具，因為是新酒店寢具算新，但床與枕頭都不舒服，睡了一夜頭直接睡的床墊子枕頭都用不了。
