Excellent service.
The first room I checked into had dim lighting in the bathroom, so the staff arranged a room change for me. However, the TV in the new room was smaller, and they replaced it with a larger one the next morning. Truly attentive and responsive service.

設施：誰家酒店可以有單獨的一定小樓都是健身房呀，真是奢侈，還有籃球場，可惜沒那麼多人，要不約上三五好友一起去打籃球了。早餐也很不錯，種類豐富，滿足各種口味，中式西式，本地菜非本地菜都有。
衞生：打掃的很用心，挺大個酒店，感覺每個犄角旮旯都很乾凈，作為一個小潔癖的人，挑不出啥毛病。
環境：感覺酒店置身於一處熱帶植物園林一樣，門口的鳳凰樹正是開花的季節，火紅火紅的看着就喜慶。
服務：服務更是沒得挑，賓至如歸，酒店裡每位服務人員都會很熱情耐心的回答你的問題，酒店外賣也有小機器人送。房間還準備了歡迎水果和零食，水也貼心地放了很多瓶。
總之是一家地理位置很好，很乾凈，服務超五星的酒店。

第二次來這家酒店了，上一次入住這家酒店就是覺得服務不錯，再次選擇了這家酒店，假期入住，價格有漲價，但這次體驗堪稱完美，必須來好好誇一誇！ 服務還是一如既往的給我留下特別好的印象，我辦理入住那會前台客人較多，看前台忙我就在沙發處坐下了，應該是大堂經理，注意到我們給我們倒了茶水，看我帶着長者小孩，她給我們額外準備了小童牙刷及拖鞋，貼心提醒早餐時間，辦理入住很快，完全沒有讓我等待太久。因為拖家帶口的，工作人員還特意幫我安排了靠近電梯的房間，另一間也安排了他們新的房型，同上次入住的房間相比感覺煥然一新，這種用心的服務真的讓人心裏暖暖的！且入住時有跟大堂經理閑聊，提到可能會早退，不一定來得及吃早餐，結果次日退房時，他們卻給我打包好了早餐，雖然是簡單麪包牛奶，但是服務細節滿滿[強]，真的我完全不知道他們居然有給我們準備，客房也是乾淨整潔，總之完美的體驗！

春節期間出行，首先需要肯定的是是他們的服務，前台的帥哥美女們熱情周到熱心，入住就貼心的準備了春節伴手禮，還特地幫忙升級了房型，感覺特別温暖。其次，酒店早餐特別豐盛，食材乾淨可口，還有自助小火鍋套餐，經濟實惠，特別暖心。酒店位置出行方便，離周邊的景點都特別近，幾乎開車10分鐘左右都能到，前台推薦去了植物園，雙魚島還有南炮台🤗，玩下來特別放鬆愜意，還有客房的衞生乾淨舒適，服務員看到我們房間衣服多，還主動給我們送來了晾衣架……，最後餐廳也不錯，菜品豐富，關鍵這家酒店性價比真的很高，特別滿意的一次出行，推薦👍👍👍👍👍
