Hotel location is OK, service and amenities is totally poor. Lobby bar closed and restaurant open 5pm. If want take one beer you need to go out..Breakfast was ok, not specially. Room wasn’t cleaned so well when I got it. I won’t come again in this hotel.

從沒住過那麼破舊的酒店，房間發黴味道很重，嗆的一整晚沒睡，前台服務很差，問問題，眼皮都不抬一下，酒店根本沒人管進出，電梯沒房卡可以進，上電梯時，居然有個老頭跟着上去，然後問是不是“ⅹx大廈”，治安堪憂，後悔因為時間太晚挑了這個酒店。

皇冠酒店一直都是我們無論走在哪裡首選的度假酒店，第一次對湛江的皇冠酒店感到失望。我家娃是過敏體質，在前台辦理入住我特意跟前台講一定要開已裝修的房間。不能住2000年裝修的房間。好吧，前台人員壓根不會理會你的需求，安排了發黴和異味的房間。水壺裡都是水銹。空調系統已經佈滿了黴菌。後來又到前台去換房，還是一樣。我又跑到前台再次要求，才給換了新裝修的房間18樓。16樓以下全是黴菌的地毯和味道。（2002年的裝修）希望看到評論的朋友們不要踩坑。不知道何原因一而再再而三的讓我們跑來跑去。明確的表示我們的需求，就是不理會。新裝修的房間也依然是衞生很差，到處灰塵。電視帶雪花。這真的是皇冠酒店的服務與管理嗎？經常到湛江，不會再選擇入住這家酒店。失望至極。早餐就不評價了，臟亂差！

老牌酒店 正常看到都會直接選擇
環境：家庭出遊開了三間都是新裝修的房 設施都很新房間也很大 床也軟 還有茶台可以泡茶 廁所也有浴缸 鏡子也大 光 乾淨都有豪華的感覺、床也軟硬適中、大堂雖然很久了但是還是很好看 錦鯉也好多～
服務：酒店整體員工沒有真的是皇冠的感覺、很多沒有工作經驗的感覺、客人提出問題 基本一問三不知 直接説不知道（客人住酒店問酒店設施問題前台不知道説問經理、經理回電話答不知道 那…？所以客人問題就能解決了？）一個房間電話都用不了 、一個房間空調衹能開到21.5（熱到半夜都睡不着）、然後解決不了也沒個抱歉啥的🥹酒店設施及人員瞭解方面真的需要提升一下
設施：外賣衹能自己下去門口拿、沒有人員或者機器人配送 真的老是點外賣的年輕人跑N個來回🔁
衞生：衞生還是做的很可以的 就是新房間淋浴房真的要完善一下 長者家不懂也反應不過來給對頭淋了幾次 那個開水裝置真的要改一下出水閥哪裡簡單化一些

全部選擇的新裝修的房型，沒有裝修的房間比較舊，放棄了。新裝的房間比較大，有很大的桌台可以給兩個以上的人同時使用。裝修時尚，顏色簡潔清雅。酒店的中餐廳可以喝早茶，春節期間比較多人，不過味道和價格都還不錯。
