停車方便，房間還算乾淨，晚上蚊子多，被咬的都是包，這次咬的是我先生，因為我受涼感冒發燒，往常蚊子都是叮我的。那個床特別的硬，睡覺不能緩解疲勞，早餐很簡單。WiFi信號一般，老斷，服務態度挺好的。 有個建議就是他家有洗衣機，在5樓，但是呢，他們的電梯要刷房卡，你是哪一層樓的房卡，你衹能刷到哪一層。他的店裡那個洗衣機在五層，所以你衹能步行上去，很累不方便

不太想給好評… 原來是奔着如家連鎖的名頭來的，想着不會太差， 但是房間門上又寫着羚羊民宿，感覺跟如家沒啥關係。 房間很小，被子掀開就是一團黑色的墨水印，給前台打電話前台解釋説他們知道這個事情，是乾淨的，洗不掉的……也沒説給換房間還是床單 其次去樓下飲水機接開水，發現有螞蟻還是啥的蟲子

性價比很高：新裝修的.衞生整潔，過道鋪地毯，夜晚很安靜，有肋於睡眠，酒店就在詔安主幹道旁，店前面可以停15部轎車左右，送早餐，衹是房間略小，其他均不錯，。

大地方的賓館不一定貴，小地方的賓館不一定便宜，這個賓館是民宿和如家沒有關係，衞生還行，周邊沒有什麼商業，早餐也還好，門口可以停車，衞生間乾濕不分。

空間較小，感覺空調設計安裝不是很合理，對着頭吹，然後床頭正對面是廁所。

150多一晚上的酒店，我覺得很不值，房間的位置特別特別小，廁所正對着床，廁所和床的距離不到一米，沒有其他多餘的位置，衞生也特別差，圖片是枕頭上的臟東西，毛巾也是黑的。
