環境：過得去
設施：酒店的層高很高，不壓抑，衞生間裝修太不嚴謹，洗手枱旁邊的污垢那麼厚，下水道有點反味，衞生間的燈太暗了，照鏡子看不清楚，窗簾掉了一個掛鈎，服務員也不説掛一下
衞生：這價位還要啥自行車，過得去

7月20日的前台服務極差、7月19日入住、本想續住一天呢、被20日前台服員氣的懵逼了、做為老顧客本不想吐槽的、廁所燈基本不亮、淋雨基本是壞的、這些都無所謂！7月20上午那個前台還説住宿的錢她又落不到、錢都到老闆嗎那去了、請問鑫海老闆你那裡找的這麼個好員工？還是建議大家不要去住的好、免得生閑氣

房間一點都不好味還大客房服務態度極差 讓她們打擾房間説我們客人咋整嫩亂她們乾的不就是這個活 特別是她們老闆説話給吵架一樣説不了兩句就嗷 還背後説客人壞話床單子都是爛的

在小縣城，地理位置還行，算是縣城中心。
設施很一般，衹能説還湊合。
衞生啥的也不講就了，水是地下水，聽説是温泉水，不熱但也不冷。
床單被褥幾十塊錢的來説，還行，當然有個破洞很正常。
床睡的特別不舒服，睡了幾天，我的腰到現在還疼，已經半個多月過去了！！！
對了毛巾損壞什麼的還會扣錢…可能我沒住過這樣的酒店吧。
