The receptionist also specifically said that the room would be upgraded for free, but the result was an upgrade to such a ”good” room. Later, I reluctantly solved the problem by strongly requesting to change rooms. It was off-season when we checked in before the Chinese New Year, and there were countless empty rooms in the hotel. We stayed for so many nights during the Chinese New Year. Isn’t it worth arranging a better room? ! There is really a gap between the price of 1680 and such service. We are also regular guests. We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.
