The stairs are very narrow and there will be some bugs in the house, so you don't need to worry about environmental reasons. The bed on the second floor is quite big, and the two small beds on the third floor are a bit wet. The air-conditioning vent is either very cold or very hot, which is not very comfortable. 每次來朱家尖必住酒店。天青和蟹青是我最喜歡的房間，不過昨天到的時候熱水器臨時換了，店家主動給升級了海景陽台房，也超喜歡。是新的一幢院子。等天氣再暖一點還會再來

帶爸媽和孩子一起來舟山玩，老公説要住一次loft民宿就定了這家，服務不錯哦，有需要在管家羣裏説一聲就行了，早上還給孩子加了一份早飯，感謝！就在大青山出口的小漁村，往下走就是海邊，和孩子一起看漁船抓螃蟹，靠山面海，很愜意。

1.環境是很幽靜（有點偏），晚上烏漆嘛黑的，開個山道要小心，離大青山近。去大青山比較方便，如果去普陀山不建議住，周邊啥都沒有，但可以叫餓了嗎。 2.民宿可以看看山景和海，空氣略潮濕，因為在山上，山路➕台階有點多，遇到下雨有苔蘚非常滑，如果是家有小孩長者出行要注意。 3.早上6:30-7:30民宿這塊山裡大喇叭播新聞，有點始料未及，睡眠質量不好的寶子們不太適合。隔音也不是非常好，但畢竟農村，能接受。 4.房間是很簡單的裝修，沒有很突出的硬件，廁所也有點簡陋，地漏有味道，沐浴洗髮水罐的是同一種，牙刷刷了滿嘴掉渣渣，這點不太匹配民宿的房價。 5.整體人員的服務還是可以，有求必應。這點可以給點分。 最後説下，房價如果在500左右的感覺會更有性價比，或者把硬件調整下。

服務很不錯，有幫我們拿行李，房間很乾凈寬敞，空調效果很不錯，因為在海邊，潮濕多少有一點，開着除濕機，有獨立的廚房可以自己做飯，我們在當地買了玉米煮了，唯一的缺點就是台階太多不平整，我媽穿的拖鞋摔了一跤，還好沒大礙
