The location is tremendously convenient for travelers as it is just next to the bus transit station as well as Fa Yu Shi. It is highly recommended to stay here should you be spending a leisure time traveling in the north of Putuoshan Mountain as it will be taking up a day or 2 to go around the places nearby the Hotel. The breakfast @ the Hotel Restaurant was best and we really enjoy the food being served. The hotel service provided is no doubt to be superb.

房間在一樓有點潮濕陰暗，選貴的房型會好點。但交通方便，旁邊就是法雨寺和梵凈小廚，早餐種類齊全，叼死佛心牆很近，小吳服務很好。

①酒店的地理位置非常好。緊靠法雨寺站，出酒店大門外面就是公交站小廣場。法雨寺站是大站，無論是去碼頭（ps，酒店-碼頭有點對點免費接駁車）、普濟寺、隧道、南海觀音等等，都可以一車直達。公交站再往前走兩步就是法雨寺，上佛頂山的步行道也在隔壁，十分便利，且非常幽靜。
②酒店的服務態度非常好。出行前就有酒店的吳雄經理提前電話+微信聯繫，將島上的很多有用小tips都發給我們，入住時免費升級了房間，入住後也能及時迴應客人的需求，這點很棒👍🏻

2是周到細緻，比如酒店到碼頭接客人，幫助具體需求指定路線，提供就餐選擇，最後送客人返回碼頭，行李可以直送碼頭方便離島前出行
3是酒店服務標準，物品有需要馬上就能響應送到，樓頂露台也很愜意~
4是附加服務，包括幫助訂觀音劇等觀看演出，增加出遊豐富內容很不錯，還有抄經體驗也很好，不用在法界排大隊，在酒店大堂安靜的寫

五一去普陀山人很多，這次選擇了開元觀堂，酒店環境優美，鬧中取靜，在法雨寺邊上，步行至千步沙，管家小吳提前一天就聯繫我接船事項，到達後順利入住，並獲得很好的服務，感謝小吳，下次會繼續選擇開元觀堂

小吳服務很好，酒店位置絕佳，對面就是千步沙，步行都法雨寺衹需幾分鐘，步行到惠濟禪寺和普濟寺也可，酒店的設施如果能換新就更好了，總之還是滿意的，睡得很香

在觀堂住了兩晚，客户經理吳雄服務很贊，提前一天加了微信告知相關事項，到的那天及時安排了接船，酒店綠樹環繞，房間乾淨衞生，遇到的每一個服務人員態度都很熱情，整體感覺很不錯。
