阿姨真的很好，到樓下接我們，熱情的給我們介紹附近情況，小區出門就是水晶街和山理工，很方便。房間很温馨很乾凈，衞生間無死角，設備齊全，地暖很暖和，一整個愛住了，以後到淄博就來這兒啦😍

住處位於小區內，可以在地圖上看到這個小區裏不少辦民宿的。是一個很簡單的民宿。入住是電聯提供密碼鎖進入的。設施門鎖什麼的有點舊和簡單，房間隔音一般，最基本的條件和設施都有，條件是和價格對等的。
如果有較多行李比較麻煩因為這邊是六層居民樓，如果分的房間樓層較高可能不太好搬上去。
附近就是理工大以及小吃街，買東西吃飯方便。交通方便程度也可以，附近還有便民市場可以吃早飯。
房東阿姨説的是方言，如果不熟悉這邊方言，溝通上可能會有點小困難。阿姨服務很好找不到地方還會來接。這裏也可以寄存行李，拿的時候電聯去找阿姨拿。離開淄博的時候趕火車時間不夠了，阿姨很好心的主動給把行李送到小區門口，這樣可以節省些時間，
如果不講究條件，臨時落腳休息一晚，價格對比附近較便宜，臨時住還是不錯的。

忘記拍照片了，民宿地址在山東理工大學附近，房間乾淨整潔，阿姨非常熱情，退房後還幫忙寄存行李，居住體驗很棒，周邊交通便利，附近有條水晶街，晚上各種小吃很多，很推薦這家。

三人間，一大床一小床，朝陽，有陽台，簡潔實惠，小區也比較安靜。房東阿姨不辭辛苦接應，送行李。晚上等我們到很晚。服務樸實耐心，提現了淄博人民的熱情好客，大大的贊！
