GGuest UserWho said this guesthouse wasn't good? The moment you walk into the guesthouse on the first floor, there's a monitor display, and surveillance cameras are everywhere in the hallways. The room hygiene is excellent, and it's normal to find small bugs in the bathroom; we even have them at home sometimes, not to mention this is a rural area. Don't arrive too late, as the road is pitch black. There are also plenty of places to eat. I'm very satisfied with this guesthouse; it even provides disposable toilet seat covers, and the price is very affordable.

GGuest UserWe took the high-speed rail from Jingzhou, Hubei to the hotel where we stayed on the first night in Huashan, preparing to climb Huashan the next morning.
The hotel is very close to Yuquanyuan, the starting point of the hiking trip, about a five-minute walk away.
The shop owner was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the precautions for mountain climbing and told me where to have a cheap breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was exceptionally good! The owner was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. They gave us all sorts of tips for climbing the mountain, even providing gloves and water. They even took the initiative to help us exchange our tickets. We truly felt at home! Plus, they offer free pick-up and drop-off from the station, and free transportation to the visitor center, which saved us a lot of time and effort. The food at the kitchen restaurant was also reasonably priced, delicious, and not expensive at all!

GGuest UserPerfect for staying on the mountain without over paying. Close to the East Peak for sunrise. Go in without expecting much. I stayed in the dormitory room (bring ear plugs). There are no amenities, although there is plenty of food and drinks nearby. Clean, comfortable, would stay again anytime.

the family running it are helpful, the rooms are clean,everything works fine. the bed was comfy too.
there a supermarket downstairs and more options just a few hundret meters east with more shops and restaurants. generally that location is a bit off, but convenient for taking the train.
2nd part of the checkin process was the police showing up, asking for my passport, as they were not familiar with my permanent resident card. the talk was done within five minutes, leaving them empty handed.
this had nothing to do with the hotel, so I'd still recommend it if this location is on your route/you want to get to the nearby station.

GGuest UserThe host and hotel staff were beyond kind and extremely helpful. The staff actually walked me all the way to the terracotta army entrance instead of just pointing or handing me a map. That meant a lot as the way there was a bit confusing. When I got back I was instantly handed not 1 but 2 water bottles and greeted with a very warm welcome. They made quite the impression on me and i will definitely be going back!

TTATIANAThe room is clean and spacious. The hosts are very friendly. Everything was explained before our hike to Mount Huashan. They gave me a map of the mountain and hiking gloves. They took me right to the entrance of the tourist center. You can order breakfast. I had noodles with egg and tomato, it was very tasty.

MM2hw3hm93****Booked this B&B last minute when taking my child to the children's hospital. For around 100 [currency], I didn't have high expectations, but it totally exceeded them!
**Facilities:** The bathroom had a warm air blower, and the hot water came quickly with good pressure. The disposable slippers were thick, and there were thoughtful touches like a toilet seat cover, wet wipes, and a shower cap. The room's AC kept it warm, and there were a table and chairs which were handy for putting things on.
**Environment:** It's a stand-alone house, very quiet, so I just crashed after a tiring day. The platform showed it was renovated in 2019, and the room still felt new, clean, and free of any strange odors. What I really have to praise is the owner – we arrived close to 1 AM, and he waited up for us and even offered an extra blanket without us asking. Truly heartwarming!
Objectively speaking, for this price, finding a B&B like this offers excellent value for money. Although the decor is simple, for someone staying just one night, it's incredibly worth it!
