I liked the location of the hotel, but felt uncomfortable by app reservation, the room had bag labels of previous guests on the roof was moped !!!

Eu e minhas filhas ficamos hospedadas em quarto maravilhoso,foi uma experiência muito agradável. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Em especial ao funcionário Arthur que faz a tapioca, sorridente,simpático e atencioso .Todos os funcionários simpáticos. Limpeza impecável. Café da manhã maravilhoso com vista panorâmica do mar . Limpeza impecável. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes

Otimo custo x benefício. O quarto que ficamos era muito espaçoso e muito limpo, contava ainda com uma saleta com tv e ar condicionado exclusivos. A comida do café da manhã excelente, todos os dias com omeletes e tapiocas feitas na hora. O jantar tb excelente, com pizza todas as noites e bem variado e saboroso. A recreação boa, shows a noite muito gostosos de assistir. A piscina muito boa para crianças e o mar maravilhoso. O único ponto negativo seria que o hotel disponibiliza poucos guarda sóis na praia e que são ocupados muito cedo, mas nada que desabone. Vc pode deixar suas coisas na área da piscina a poucos passos do mar. Recomendamos muito!

The hotel has been very well-ready to our expectations. wide and comfortable rooms. All clean corridors. Staff are exceptional! You need to improve the process and check-in space, as well as the breakfast area seemed small for the hotel size, but I would certainly host again.

Both the building and the room had a lot of moisture and smell. The walls were swept with the same moisture and the air conditioning was not cooling and wasn't swept any more moisture.

GGuest UserThe hotel is pleasant, the receptionist is extremely sympathetic and attentive. Breakfast is not the best, fruit times and all breads have the same taste, which saves the Gerusalemme with its wonderful tapioca. The swimming pool is wonderful.

ZZullayTudo como o esperado. O único detalhe que pode melhorar é a iluminação da pia, pois a luz amarela é péssima para quem precisa fazer maquiagem e colocar lentes de contato (para pessoas que usam graus elevados a luz amarela prejudica a colocação das mesmas). Se colocar luz branca somente nesse local ajuda muito as pessoas que precisam dessas funções.

GGuest UserLa struttura è posizionata veramente in punto molto bello con accesso diretto in spiaggia. Le camere fronte piscina hanno automaticamente la vista anche della spiaggia e del bellissimo mare di fronte all’hotel. Le piscine organizzate molto bene con bar e servizio in piscina. Il servizio di mezza pensione ma Alle 16:00 di regola offrono qualcosa da mangiare vicino alla piscina e la sera dalle 19:00 alle 22:00 offrono drink fatti al momento.

GGuest UserHotel with large divisions, but with a service that is far below a four-star.
One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel.
As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took!
Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels.
Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay.
At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available.
Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.

AAnderson LicheskiThe hotel is fantastic!! Great service, the rooms are cleaned very quickly and the food is phenomenal. I went with my family, everyone loved it, there is a small, super heated pool (great for cold days) and the other pools are very good. The recreation was also very good and the prices are not that expensive. There were even people who were not staying at the resort, but went to the restaurants because of the cost-benefit.

MMarcoHotel located very well front of sea you just need to cross the street of the walk and you are on the beach. The swimming pool at the last floor of the hotel is a real show made very well and well organized with drink service in the pool. It has a spectacular view and what is even more beautiful with the glasses you can see the view from the pool.
