"This hotel boasts an excellent location right by the Songhua River, within walking distance of the Flood Control Memorial Tower and Central Street. Getting around is super convenient, with a subway station directly across the road. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a feast, offering a mix of Western and Chinese dishes, plus some delicious Northeastern specialties and pastries. The 3D-printed yogurt is a cute touch! Our room was spotless and tidy, and they even provided disposable towels and mouthwash. If I ever visit Harbin again, I'll definitely choose Hapsburg!"

"I booked the basic room type through Ctrip for 90 yuan. The room was on the basement level, requiring a walk down stairs. The room was large and spacious, but it was surrounded by walls, had no windows, and no connection to the outside. Don't expect an upgrade to a room with a window or on an upper floor if you book the basic room type through Ctrip. My companion had a leg injury and was limping in and out, but still had to climb the stairs to the basement level. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with elderly people, sick individuals, or anyone with mobility issues. Late check-out isn't allowed; you must check out by 12 PM. Late check-out costs 35 yuan per hour, clearly priced. Ctrip also doesn't offer their own extended check-out until 2 PM. We stayed in room 9 on the basement level. The air conditioning wasn't working well; the buttons wouldn't activate it. The joint between the bathroom and the main room was damaged, and my companion slipped there after it got wet, though thankfully wasn't injured."

"The hotel's decor is quite unique, and it's very close to Central Avenue, offering a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. The front desk staff sits down to check guests in, which reminded me of the Old Cataract Hotel, the best hotel in Aswan, Egypt. The front desk lady provided excellent service, being warm and attentive. The room facilities were all pretty good, and the toilet even had a bidet. However, the automatic sensor was a bit too sensitive; it would flush constantly, even flushing several times while I was still wiping. The room was small and a bit cramped. Breakfast was very rich and served until 10:30 AM, and there was also an afternoon tea. The hotel's location is also very convenient for taxis, situated on a small street between Central Avenue and Shangzhi Street, closer to Shangzhi Street. It was raining on the day we checked in, and as soon as our car stopped, a doorman immediately came out with an umbrella to greet us and proactively helped with our luggage – very thoughtful. When checking out, I accidentally pinched my hand with my luggage, and the front desk lady immediately showed concern and brought over a band-aid. The complimentary souvenir was also quite uniquely packaged and styled."

"I originally decided to switch hotels because I was so incredibly disappointed with my stay at the Harbin Fuli Ritz-Carlton. I never expected to stumble upon such a hidden gem: the Shangri-La Hotel, Harbin Songbei. Honestly, this stay made me truly understand that a hotel's real value isn't about how luxurious the lobby is, but about the warmth of its service. At the Harbin Fuli Ritz-Carlton, I experienced a series of issues: my executive lounge access was incorrectly verified, I was publicly told I didn't have executive privileges, some managers were indifferent, the lounge and restaurant service was consistently neglected, and concierges were smoking and playing on their phones, ignoring guests. For an international top-tier luxury hotel, this level of service was truly shocking and completely changed my perception of the Ritz-Carlton brand. After arriving at the Shangri-La Songbei, it was like stepping into a completely different world. From the moment I got out of the car, the bellhop proactively helped open the door and handle my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was warm and efficient. Wherever I went, staff would always greet me with a smile. Most importantly, the staff here made me feel a long-lost sense of respect and genuine sincerity. Often, guests pay for luxury hotels not to admire grand crystal chandeliers, but to receive a service experience that matches the price. Unfortunately, the Harbin Fuli Ritz-Carlton failed in this regard, but the Shangri-La Songbei succeeded, and did so exceptionally well. Although the price is only about one-third of the former, the warmth of the service and attention to detail far exceeded it. If I ever return to Harbin, I will undoubtedly choose the Shangri-La Songbei again and will not consider the Harbin Fuli Ritz-Carlton. Thanks to all the hotel staff for making me feel what true five-star service is all about again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!"

"## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)"

"The hotel staff lacked attentiveness, and the room was poorly equipped. There were no tote bags, sewing kits, or children's toothbrushes provided. Usually, when guests check in with children, the front desk proactively asks if they need kids' toothbrushes and slippers. This hotel neither offered nor provided them in the room. Furthermore, there's a sofa bed in the room. When I called the front desk to ask how to use it, they did send someone to open it for me, but without sheets or blankets. This is a common issue the front desk should anticipate. When a guest inquires about the sofa bed, they should proactively ask if bedding is needed to avoid the guest having to call room service for this reason. The room service staff, an older gentleman, arrived with a stern look and snapped, 'Anything else?' Who calls room service for fun? It's simply the hotel's own service falling short!"

The environment is lovely, and the staff are incredibly warm and helpful, offering excellent and attentive service. Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

The room environment was great, clean and well-equipped. It's very close to the train station, subway, Songlei, and Yuan Da shopping centers. The service was excellent, and they even upgraded my room. This is always my top choice when I come to Harbin, and the price is very reasonable.

The room is very clean and tidy, the boss is very welcoming, and the room is super warm! I came to Erbin by myself and lived very comfortably. It's very close to Jiangbei University Town subway station, and it's very convenient to get to attractions. There are also many places to eat around!

A great airport hotel! It's about a 10-minute drive to the terminal. The surrounding area is a bit undeveloped, and the building looks simple from the outside, but inside is a different story. The rooms are large, fresh, and very clean. The staff are very sweet and helpful, and the airport transfer made my trip much easier. Highly recommended for the room quality and service!
