Our stay this time was quite a pleasant surprise. Tina, one of the staff members, was very enthusiastic and upgraded our room, which made our stay very comfortable. The parent-child themed decorations require an advance booking, and they provide a full set of children's toiletries, which is a great touch! The breakfast was decent, with some local Shenyang specialties. The swimming pool water temperature was good, and the attendant there was very warm and friendly.

As expected from a Marriott property, the One Castle Hotel truly showcases its sophisticated style. The amenities are excellent, with the pool and fitness areas well-maintained. The staff are professional and polite, handling all requests efficiently. I was very satisfied with both the dining and accommodation experience. The environment is elegant and the scenery beautiful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

The room was spacious and clean, with both indoor and outdoor soaking tubs. Drinks and snacks were provided in the room, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. The lunch options were also very good for our family trip. I recommend staying here.

I had booked a high-speed rail ticket back to Shenyang, so I went downstairs to check out early. While waiting in line, both reception desks were busy with guests, including wedding inquiries and group check-ins. Even though there were staff available, they didn't approach to ask if anyone needed anything. Since I had to rush to the station to check out, I had to hand over my belongings to the delivery guy who had pre-ordered them. The hotel receptionist told me I couldn't keep them at the front desk and told me to wait at the hotel. After repeated requests, I asked another colleague, who directly told me they could keep them. I left my contact information and asked to staple them to my pocket in case I took the wrong item. The receptionist told me they didn't have a stapler. The check-out service was completely resistant to customer requests. I don't know what was going on, and I was in a hurry to leave, which was really frustrating.

Throughout our stay, whenever we saw Lisa entering or exiting the hotel, she would always greet us with a smile. When we needed disposable items or extra bottles of water on short notice, we just mentioned it to the front desk, and Lisa would immediately help us out. Her attitude was consistently excellent – patient and thorough, never perfunctory. The hotel's cleaning staff were also very diligent, tidying the room on time every day, making the beds, replenishing supplies, and keeping everything spotless. Lisa is such a gentle, warm, and detail-oriented person who always puts guests first. Her service was exceptionally thoughtful and down-to-earth, making our stay incredibly comfortable and reassuring. The Shangri-La's location is also very convenient, whether you're going to the airport or attractions. My bestie and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit this area!

Notes: A small suggestion – the scent at the hotel entrance was a bit too strong. It triggered my rhinitis; the fragrance was indeed a bit overpowering.

The room had great natural light, was spacious and not cramped, and the cleanliness was meticulous. The staff were attentive and polite, the facilities were comprehensive, and it offered good value for money. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation on future trips, extremely satisfied.

We chose the Hilton Jinshitan for our kids' spring break, and the location is fantastic. It's within walking distance to Discoveryland, and you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach. If you prefer to stay put, there's plenty of sand for digging right by the hotel. The hotel's own playground and pool kept the kids entertained for hours. It's a great choice for a relaxing, slow-paced vacation.

This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and the room was much larger than I expected. Even though the hotel is nearly 10 years old, the facilities are well-maintained. It's fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, and tableware. The toiletries were even my favorite Atelier Cologne 'Pomelo Paradis'! The hotel is also super thoughtful; it's located just 200 meters from the marathon start line, and they prepared a special 'cheer-up' breakfast pack for all guests, regardless of whether they'd booked breakfast. The cleaning lady was very warm and friendly. There's direct access from the building to the neighboring mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Dalian.
