Jollyboys Backpackers (📍) Location: Excellent location in the town center, 650 meters (8-minute walk) to the bus station (minibuses to the waterfall cost 15 quarta per person; shared rides are available to Kazungura and Kasane; there is also a daily bus to Kazungura at 12:30 PM). I used it on a backpack solo trip. When I used it, there were probably no people traveling alone and the room was available by myself. I think the staff is gentle and polite and standard cleanliness as a dormitory. The details are as follows. Wi-Fi was only available around the reception and was not available in the room. The shower has hot water. I visited in April but it was a bit disappointing because there were a lot of mosquitoes in the shower room. I was a little scared that there was a big spider at the pillow when I woke up the next morning, but it's African. There is no air conditioner in the room, and the fans on each bed do not work, so I think it's hot in summer. It was also convenient because there was a tap with drinking water. The location is perfect and luggage will be kept in a room with a key. The staff here was very kind and nice to buy, but I was disappointed with other guests. This is not included in the evaluation as it has nothing to do with this hostel. It's just a warning to guests. During my stay, I was greeted by a 40-year-old traveler from Namibia. Then, after receiving sexual harassment that I didn't want to write here before I had a lot of conversation, I continued to be sexually invited. No matter how many times I refuse or ignore it. There was only Wi-Fi in the reception, but I had to pull it up to the room with a minimum use. I was afraid what to do if the person was followed to the room at night or ambushed in the shower room. I thought about consulting with the staff, but I was afraid that I would be reversed by the attention of the staff, so I couldn't say it after all. Due to the nature of the dormitory, I always have the possibility of meeting such a person, but it was really disgusting. Please note that he often said he used this place.

The location is fantastic, and the views over the river make it a great place to dine or have a drink. This is not a luxury resort but some of the prices suggest it is. On the other hand, the staff in the restaurant and Ricki at reception were world class, attentive and professional.

The hotel provides considerate service from check-in to check-out, and the front desk is warm and professional, which makes you feel like you are in the spring breeze. The guest rooms are stylishly designed, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The bedding is selected from top brands, and you can fall into a cloud-like sleeping experience. The gym is equipped with Technogym equipment, and the water quality of the heated swimming pool is comparable to that of a private club. Chinese and Western breakfasts are cooked to order, and the Benedict eggs are a must. The cleaning lady even arranges the cosmetics in an artistic shape, which satisfies detail lovers!

The Lodge is very quietly located near the airport (ca. 10min). It is simplely furnished but everything works smoothly. For all the upcoming trips in Livingston there were possibilities and help from the Lodge. We were happy around. I found the salad best from the boss and from all others !!!!!!

Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone

Great hotel! It's more than a backpackers hostel! Great management a wonderful helpful staff Joy and Miriam and Mathew did a great job! Lovely rooms with AC. Good bathrooms. Wonderful quiet garden with pool. Well stocked bar. Safe parking. Self storage kitchen with cooking equipment. Great outdoor Fire pit and BBQ facility. Good breakfast. A small mall opposite with very well stocked supermarket and banks and currency exchange. Wish I could've stayed longer!

Quiet place situated in a secure area.Roads are gravel but manageable even with an ordinary vehicle. Staff very helpful,great service too.
