This hotel is okay for a transit stay, but it's located in an unappealing commercial area. There are only two elevators for a large number of rooms. The room itself is very comfortable and welcoming. The main issue I had was with breakfast: if you only want a croissant (not everyone needs a full buffet for breakfast), you still have to pay 12€ and access the whole buffet. Even though the buffet is just a few meters away, the bar staff couldn't get a croissant because they said, 'it's a separate service.' I've never encountered such an absurd situation. We were only able to get coffee, which, by the way, was very overpriced. The night receptionist was particularly friendly, but check-in took a very long time, even though we were the only ones arriving at that moment.

Gran hotel tanto por su ubicación como por sus servicios. El personal de la recepción super agradable y el personal de limpieza igualmente. El desayuno buffet muy variado con unos productos locales de calidad. Repetiremos seguro en nuestra próxima visita a Durango.

Centrally located hotel with a good quality bed and bathroom, our room also had a balcony and daily housekeeping.  Reception staff were friendly and we had the option for free tea and coffee 24/7 at the machine.  Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not opt for it.

Great 4* hotel in the middle of the old town, next to the Plaza Nueva (pintxo bar area). You will recognize the age of the hotel inside of a room (stains on wall, conditions of the furnitures), but it is ok, especially if you find a great offer. If you want a bigger room, choose the Space room, with overlooking to Nervión river and the theatre square right at the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. It would improve the waterproofing of the showers before it goes to more.

We came here without a car having got busses from Bilbao. Not easy finding a hotel with a pool and within LaGuardia so worked perfectly. Arguably not a four star but was comfortable and and pool was lovely. Would recommend for the price

Despite being near the airport and a major highway, the hotel is remarkably quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The free parking is a significant bonus for those with a rental car. The service was consistently efficient and professional, from a smooth check-in to a quick checkout. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate, offering a solid variety of hot and cold items to fuel your day. My only minor niggle is that the hotel feels a bit overpriced compared to other nearby options. However, you are clearly paying for the sheer convenience, reliability, and those specific perks like free parking. If your priority is a comfortable, quiet, and hassle-free stay right by the airport, this hotel delivers perfectly.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of the old town with a fantastic coffee shop on the ground floor.Rooms were modern and comfortable,great value

I was really nicely surprised by this hotel as I wasn’t sure what to expect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a gas station, restaurant, bar and shop onsite which is helpful for passing travellers. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, not even a kettle, which I think is a nice touch and handy for travellers. The hotel staff was friendly

Le doy un bien , o sea un 6 sobre 10. Buena decoración, bien aislado, ascensor, fantástica iluminacion.moderna ducha. Pero Cena cara (18€) ducha con poca presión y caudal de agua, aunque suficiente para ducharse. El desayuno cumple sin más. Zumo de naranja recién exprimido , croissants y pan tostado. Echo de menos tomate triturado y aceite, pero estamos en Guipúzcoa.
