Despite the location on a multi-lane road, the noise stayed outside. The fair opposite was also inaudible. The room was OK, but a bit cramped as a family room. The staff were friendly, quick and very attentive. The pool was a bit small, but there. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. The evening meal was also good and the portions OK. The only downside was the €15.00 parking fee per day. For a 4* hotel, I actually expect the private parking spaces to be included in the price.

I was really nicely surprised by this hotel as I wasn’t sure what to expect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a gas station, restaurant, bar and shop onsite which is helpful for passing travellers. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, not even a kettle, which I think is a nice touch and handy for travellers. The hotel staff was friendly

飛行場から徒歩圏のため、慣れないバスに乗らなくても移動可能です。今回は一泊でしたがフロントスタッフは陽気で親しみやすいし、プールもあるから次は二泊でもいいな。フランス側も近いからスペインと両方楽しめるのも良いと思います。 スリッパはないので、室内履きが欲しい人は自分で用意が必要です。

The pension is easy to find, and staff are very helpful. Beds are comfortable; coffee and tea are available; everything is clean. The only difficulty might be is there is only one bathroom for all the guests. We were here in low season, so didn't have much difficulty, but I can imagine problems in the high season. The pension is in the old part of San Sebastian, so visiting the most picturesque parts is easy, as is visiting nearby villages. Local food is excellent. I highly recommend this pension; excellent value for your money. It's the best base for exploring this part of the Basque Country.

Very clean and cozy, the staff is kind and helpful. The bus to the center is right next to the hotel, runs every ~10min, and takes about 25min. You can get a 6 or 12 -trip card from the reception, which is cheaper than individual tickets.

In general, Hotel was very well maintained not only talking about maintenance also facility like window was so strong to protect all noise though we were in the middle of big festival ! Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

Amazing experience. The hotel is in a calm area with direct view on the forest. They provided us with upgrade to be on the room with forest view (Thanks to Joel). The room was neat, clean with good space. There are free parking spots outside the hotel, it might be difficult to find one during the day, but there were always many available after 5
