Excelente hotel.
Room is clean and tidy, and people are very nice to you, breakfast is good, too, etc. I will stay at this hotel next time. Thank you for your services.
UN PERSONNEL SOURIANT PARLANT TRÈS BIEN FRANÇAIS MAIS LES DEUX POINT TRÈS MAUVAIS SONT LA CHAMBRE PMR SUR LE PALIER DIRECTEMENT EN ACCÈS ASCENSEUR ET SURTOUT ACCÈS DE TOUS LES AUTRES CLIENTS QUI AVEC OU SANS ENFANTS N'ONT PAS DE RESPECT POUR LES PERSONNES DES CHAMBRES.
LE PERSONNEL DE SOIR QUI EST JUSTE EN DESSOUS (ÉTAGE NON FERME) ENTEND LES ENFANTS, COURIR ET CRIER NE DISENT RIEN ET CE Jusqu'à 23H 30.
Despite the location on a multi-lane road, the noise stayed outside. The fair opposite was also inaudible. The room was OK, but a bit cramped as a family room. The staff were friendly, quick and very attentive. The pool was a bit small, but there. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. The evening meal was also good and the portions OK. The only downside was the €15.00 parking fee per day. For a 4* hotel, I actually expect the private parking spaces to be included in the price.
I was really nicely surprised by this hotel as I wasn’t sure what to expect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a gas station, restaurant, bar and shop onsite which is helpful for passing travellers. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, not even a kettle, which I think is a nice touch and handy for travellers. The hotel staff was friendly

Your function .
Environment: It is a quiet area, without big walk options
Located in the natural setting of Mundaka, the Larrinaga Palace was built in the 19th century by the influential Larrinaga family, owners of a prestigious shipping company in Liverpool. Now fully renovated, it returns as Hotel Boutique Luruna , to offer unique experiences . Inspired by the opulence of the French neo-Baroque hotels of Second Empire Paris, our hotel is an architectural relic that reflects elegance and luxury in every detail.
Stay in an exclusive and unique place with all the services you need, where you'll feel like family. Feel the energy of the ocean , the waves crashing on the beach, the gentle murmur of the wind , and the golden sand of this coastal paradise.

Very Good
The pension is easy to find, and staff are very helpful. Beds are comfortable; coffee and tea are available; everything is clean. The only difficulty might be is there is only one bathroom for all the guests. We were here in low season, so didn't have much difficulty, but I can imagine problems in the high season. The pension is in the old part of San Sebastian, so visiting the most picturesque parts is easy, as is visiting nearby villages. Local food is excellent. I highly recommend this pension; excellent value for your money. It's the best base for exploring this part of the Basque Country.
Very clean and cozy, the staff is kind and helpful. The bus to the center is right next to the hotel, runs every ~10min, and takes about 25min. You can get a 6 or 12 -trip card from the reception, which is cheaper than individual tickets.
In general, Hotel was very well maintained not only talking about maintenance also facility like window was so strong to protect all noise though we were in the middle of big festival ! Staff were helpful but was not initiative to share the information of festival Rooftop was plus! Amenity , no body lotion if you don’t ask In general! Sophisticated hotel and best location for beach and nice restaurants Enjoyed !
Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.
Amazing experience. The hotel is in a calm area with direct view on the forest. They provided us with upgrade to be on the room with forest view (Thanks to Joel). The room was neat, clean with good space. There are free parking spots outside the hotel, it might be difficult to find one during the day, but there were always many available after 5
