The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It had complete amenities, including a minibar and a work desk. The hotel was quiet, although noise from the hallway was sometimes audible. Breakfast was okay, with a varied menu and delicious food. The staff was friendly, but check-in took a while. The pool was clean and the hotel grounds were quite Instagrammable. Suitable for a relaxing getaway or business trip. Hopefully, the service can be improved further. The facilities and infrastructure can also be improved. Excellent address. Very well located hotel, the service is impeccable. The rooms and the entire hotel have certainly been renovated recently. Honestly, nothing negative to say. Go there.

First stay at this hotel is very satisfied with the affordable price, the facilities are quite complete, clean, fragrant, and the most pleasant thing is that there is a swimming pool and cafe upstairs with a view of the mountains and Gorontalo city that makes me comfortable and feel at home

Location is good,in town centre. Room facilities quite complete. But house-keeping need to be improved. Trash bin not cleared & coffee/tea/sugar/cream sachets not replaced. Need to tell them.

the hotel is pretty good and cheap,the service is okay,i may stay here again next time
