"Luckily, my visa hadn't expired yet. The flight wasn't crowded, and despite the heavy snow and bad weather, we arrived late at night. The lobby was incredibly warm, and since it was just before Christmas, the decorations on the first floor were beautiful. With the festive Christmas music playing, it immediately felt cozy and romantic, just like a Christmas movie.
The lobby has plenty of seating, including single armchairs, sofas for two, and larger group arrangements, perfect for relaxing or chatting.
I booked a single room; it wasn't huge but felt very cozy. The mattress was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The service was also very attentive. As an introvert, I really appreciated the overall vibe. Plus, the light meal options at the downstairs restaurant were quite good."

Lucky Star Hotel: Cross Mountains and Rivers, Your Home on the Silk Road
"Returning to G Hotel Gurney again, I requested room 414, which isn't facing the main road, and it was wonderfully quiet. This time, they provided plenty of hangers. After my tour, I had time to enjoy the giant TV, which felt like watching a movie, and I could connect to YouTube and Netflix. There were two different pillow options to choose from, the air conditioning in the room was perfectly cool, and the shower head was comfortable! One thing to note is that the sink drains a bit slowly. There's a water dispenser near the elevators on each floor, which was convenient for refilling my water bladder before hiking.
I had dinner at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel's basement, and the Chinese food was excellent, highly recommended! For breakfast, they had glutinous rice wraps and delicious pastries. Coffee, tea, milk, and soy milk were all healthy drink options.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay."

This hotel is just okay for 2 nights max, the location is good.
However, the overall experience was very frustrating. The breakfast was poor the buffet area had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, the food was unhygienic; I literally found a hair among the nuts! Personally, I couldn’t find any options that suited me.The service was extremely poor and unprofessional.
The lights in my room were broken, I informed the staff, but they never fixed them. They are completely uncooperative and lack any polite manner of communication.
To make matters worse, at checkout, they blindsided me with an extra charge just because there was some lipstick stain on the blanket! What is the purpose of housekeeping if guests are penalized for accidental stains? Isn't cleaning exactly what they are paid to do?They should be transparent about their policies instead of exploiting customers with sudden, hidden fees.
This hotel is incredibly greedy and values making money over customer satisfaction.
I absolutely don’t recommend this place."

"My challenging time in Bishkek was completely transformed by the Imperial Hotel. On June 13th, I first checked into a guesthouse run by locals. It was old, small, dark, and I couldn't communicate with anyone, and the breakfast they served was inedible. By the fifth day, I was at my breaking point. I went to a Chinese restaurant for a meal and was told about a Chinese-run guesthouse I could switch to. Seeing fellow Chinese people and being able to speak Mandarin made me happy for two days, but I couldn't stand the strong cigarette smoke from my compatriots. Switching to the Imperial Hotel on June 21st was a great blessing 🙏. Mr. Ma and his wife put their hearts into running their newly renovated hotel, making every guest feel the warmth and comfort of home. The breakfast here is incomparable to the previous two places. They also often invite guests to drink tea in their comfortable living room, and even share lunch and dinner together... As a result, the hotel is fully booked every day, and it's hard to get a room 😁 Thumbs up for the Imperial Hotel! 👍👍👍"

"This was my second stay at the hotel and I would not recommend if you are sensitive to smoke smells. The hotel seems to cater to many Chinese tourists whom seem to smoke quite a bit despite the hotel being non-smoking. Management should try to fix the problem. When we complained; they said there were no more rooms and offered no solution. Only when pushed they claim they would help, which was only an open window, and it did not make a major difference. Also location is sub optimal, you needed a taxi to go anywhere meaningful. Also hotel seems quite dated but basic amenities were there. Simple breakfast."

Located in a prime downtown location, it's within walking distance of Ala-Too Square and right next to Bishkek Park, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The views from the upper-floor rooms were stunning, offering panoramic vistas of the Tian Shan Mountains and the city, and I even witnessed a breathtaking sunset. The breakfast was extensive, blending local and international flavors, and the service was attentive, friendly, and courteous. (Хочу приехать снова!)

My room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. The overall ambiance is elegant, the facilities are comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest?
This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures.
What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again.
As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes
And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them.
Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

The shower had hot water, but the pressure was weak.
Soundproofing was poor. Early in the morning, I could clearly hear people moving in the hallways and doors slamming.
Otherwise, everything was great.
The staff were responsive. I was able to send clothes for laundry.
The room had a toothbrush, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. There was no hairdryer.
