Guest UserVakara Hôtel Kep — Fantastic! 👍
Clean hotel with spacious rooms, featuring a walk-in closet and a magnificent sea-view balcony. The pool is great. The staff were amazing — especially Sophath, who personally helped us with an excursion to Bokor and tickets to Siem Reap.
On the downside, the hotel is difficult to find on Grab, but this is a minor inconvenience.
Highly recommended! 👍🏼

According to the website, Veranda is “the perfect destination for those seeking tranquility…” and so we booked a night to escape the noise of a ceremony next to our house. Upon arrival we had to change rooms as there was also a very loud ceremony near the hotel. The second twin room was quieter but seemed like a downgrade from our original double room. Later that night there was also very loud karaoke in the vicinity, which was disturbing in our room; the hotel said there was nothing they can do if the noise isn’t from their hotel. In the morning we woke up to loud construction work noise about 100m away. There was quite allot of burning in the area, so it is quite smokey too, when you sit in the restaraunt or out in your balcony. Overall, not my idea of tranquility. Seems hard to find any peace and quite location with fresh air in Cambodia these days; which is very sad. Such a shame as the hotel is very beautiful, staff were friendly and the breakfast was quite good. In the end it was a waste of a trip, time and money :(

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and a lovely clean swimming pool.
Breakfast was excellent for the price paid.
Bit noisy during the day at present as they are having a new extension to the hotel being built.
Food in the restaurant is good value and drinks were reasonably priced.
Could do with having relaxing chairs in the bar area as it lacks a cosy place to enjoy a drink.
We will definitely be staying again.

2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped.
Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle.
Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge.
To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts.
Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

Guest UserKnai Bang Chatt was truly impressive. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and full of history. Although the property has been around for many years, it has been very well maintained, with so much care and character in every corner.
The staff were excellent and made the stay even more memorable.
From the first day, they kindly showed us around the resort, explained its history, and assisted us with everything we needed. Even late at night, they still made sure to escort us safely back to our room, which was very thoughtful.
Although the resort is not directly on the beach, staying here felt like being in a quiet, private world away from everything. The atmosphere was calm, charming, and deeply relaxing.
I would highly recommend Knai Bang Chatt to anyone visiting Kep. It is the kind of place everyone should experience at least once.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment, they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine, pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views, close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

Christian “kriss” INA magical and unforgettable stay!

We spent an incredible night at Serene Vita Kep to celebrate my partner's birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed in room Mountain View 7-the design is gorgeous, sleek, and beautifully thought out.
The absolute highlight has to be the setting. The view from the pool is simply breathtaking, offering a unique panorama blending both the mountains and the sea. It's the ultimate spot to just unwind and completely unplug. Special shoutout to the breakfast as well, which was excellent and delicious.
A huge thank you to the team for making this moment so special. We will definitely be back!

We were nicely welcomed and checked in very easily. The bungalow was quite roomy, a little hot but we had a mobile fan that was just enough. We were right in front of the swimming pool which was accessible even at night so we had one last dip to refresh before going to bed. The vegetation between the bungalows made for a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

The plus side is that it's next to the pier where you depart for Rabbit Island. Breakfasts at the hotel are sometimes ordered individually from their menu, and other times they prepare a buffet. The food is so-so, and the drinks aren't great. They speak English very poorly. The hotel itself is clean, but it's next to a residential area and the roosters crow. After 8 PM, it's quiet and nothing is open around there. There's a pool, and it feels secluded and hidden from everyone. The rooms are spacious. We wouldn't go there a second time…
